what a way to open a hot movie with a hot song this song I love from the first time I heard it this movie connected to all people everywhere who hungout in the streets and lived by a code that was tough to live by but u still did it even if u had to fight for it thats way this movie was such a hit more action fight scenes explosions than the warriors even if the warriors was a hit all by itself the city where this took place was Chicago but it still connected to everyone from the streets in all of America 🙂👍

i wish i lived back then (1980s) the clothes, the music, racial harmony before the politicians fostered the division for political gain. my parents said it was the best of times...it was the worst of times...lol.
@@Retro-Future-Land I disagree. Everyone was accepted in the '80's. Graduated from high school in 1985 and it was always about music, clothes, enjoyed diversity not the color of your skin. It didn't matter what you were into, it was accepted. Great time.

But where I grew up in a large town (small city in the US equiv.) we all had a great bond because we weren't being displaced by foreigners. Later on, that bond has been destroyed almost entirely. To put it another way, there wouldn't even BE a 1980s if the demographics were as they now, back in the 1980s. :)

Van Halen, AC/DC, Queen, Aerosmith, Rolling Stones, RUSH, YES, Metallica, KISS, Journey Def Leppard, Poison, Motley Crue, Guns and Roses, Heavy Metal.... big hair and trench coats, Miami Vice inspired clothes, pre-AIDS partying/hooking up. Virtually no tattooed females, not many piercings other than punk rocker types. Lots of Visible Pantie Lines (VPL). Women talked to men because there were no cellphones in the 80s. Movies like Raiders, Close Encounters, Dune, Cobra, Predator, Flash Gordon, RoboCop, Space Balls,Terminator, Blade Runner, Ghost Busters, Batman, Full Metal Jacket, Star Trek movies.... Good times!
