hey man I am watching your video. For your race head. Did you use CJR, and did you have to make any adjustments to it? Lastly did you buy a new cam shaft? Please let me know

Yep it's a CJR. No adjustments other than the valves but that's a given when putting on a new head. Yea I bought 2 different cams bc I was curious how it'd affect the bike.

What’s the clearance for rocker arm to valve spring?

I mention it in the video when adjusting them. .004 at the 43 min mark-ish. For the TB cam may be different with others.

Really nice build you just left out all the really important stuff if someone was to use your video as a reference to do a similar build the lines on the cam gear should be at 12 and 6 o’clock if your looking straight at it the cam gear actually has lines in it to properly install it correctly and it has to be during the compression stroke so checking to see if the piston at TDC and both rocket arms are slightly loose as the exhaust should be set between 3-5 thousands with feeler gauges and the intake set 3-4 thousand nothing is set perfectly right out of the box. Also all the information of setting the proper air fuel ratio of 12.8:1 to 14.7:1 you left out with the blue tooth setup you have with your ecu your running which is Ridiculously expensive.
Its a great video showing off all the expensive parts you got but doesn’t show how to take it all apart correctly and then setting it all up correctly. Also the vent tube from the crank is a positive pressure tube meaning its a vent tube it doesn’t suck air in its positive pressure meaning it vents air from the crank case no filter is needed. Not trying to rain on ur parade but you left out some very important information if someone was to follow your video.

Title of the vid is stating what I'm doing. Wasn't a "how to" vid. So really I didn't have to state much in there and could've just showed the whole process in a time laps vid which would've been much easier for me and quicker. But did it to show that it's not too intimidating to do these mods. Yep, clearly talk about where to look to set TDC and what clearances I'd be running on that cam as it's different depending on which one you go with..did you even watch the whole vid? Also mentioned what vids to go watch for the bluetooth set up so that my vid wouldn't be extremely long. Haha please anyone who reads this guys comment don't go with his suggestion about not needing a filter at the end of the breather tube..you let this hose be without a filter and dirt, debris & water will end up in your crank even more so depending on how you route it and you can't plug it since it needs to vent.

2020 CRF110 big bore and race head install Is the title of your video so I got the idea that it was a step by step I was on my phone so it didn’t show the description and I missed the name drop of the other person my bad on that. As for the crank tube breather you literally say what im trying to get across is it needs to vent. On any other bike that tube points downward meaning its positive pressure if you route it upwards then yes you could get water or dirt into it but that be incorrectly installed they may be installed going back into the airbox like they do on a crf 50 but once you add a 88 or 124 kit to one its routed downwards like every other dirtbike from 50s 125 two strokes to 450s and on any of those bikes from the factory they point downward because of crank case pressure meaning no water or dirt can get in there unless you decide to have it point upwards and shut your bike off in 3+ feet of water. If you want to spend the extra 15 bucks for a useless filter (that wont stop water pointing it upwards) thats your choice. Thats all I was trying to get across. Iv built countless pitbikes. And as a honda tech I would know whether it should be pointing down or up and whether a filter is needed or not. As usual the internet always seems like a pissing match when I was only trying to add some advice. Im admitting my mistake by not reading the description but if you miss that as I did the title says I figured it be a step by step. Im sure its going to be a ripper once you dial everything in good luck with the build and have fun. I wasn’t trying to bash you only add some constructive information based on how I read the name of your title but missed your description.

@@aTOMbomb2077 Yep and that crankcase breather tube is always connected to something to keep debris or water out. Show me a parts diagram that shows that breather tube just hanging there pointing down on its own without being connected to anything. My 50, 110 and FC450 have all had the crankcase breather connected to something...why? To keep unwanted things out..hence the filter. Look at the pro mod class when they're pumping big numbers on their bikes, they have a breather for the clutch so they don't use a dip stick and what do they put on the end of it?..a breather filter because nobody wants any unwanted things going in their engine and look at it as cheap insurance. When someone is spending this kind of money to do the things I did, I highly doubt 15 bucks matters haha.

Not really just because you normally lose a bit of money selling it built than parting it but for the right price I'd consider it. It's no where near comparable to a stock one...complete night and day difference. This is probably as fast as you can build a 2019+ till they come out with the 4-valve or stroker kit.
