Thanks for the great video. I love the look you created. I have now added two items to my sephora loves list in anticipation of the upcoming VIB sale: the Caliray concealer/corrector and the Merit matte lipstick (BTW, I watched WG’s video and I agree with you - WG’s video has undoubtedly hurt the brand’s reputation, so hopefully Merit is in the process of changing its customer service approach.)
Oh yay! My list is short but I do have a few items. I know…why Merit 😭 this lipstick is so nice 😔
Great Video! I’m intrigued by KVD! That’s too bad about Merit. I actually had the same experience last year. You kind of have to hound them repeatedly to get a response.
So far I’m enjoying them and regret not picking a different shade for the blushes 🤪 and I didn’t know that about merit. Just not professional ya know
Thanks for being so candid about Merit. I have seen the Wayne Goss video about his experience--he is the nicest creator, learning this was a huge turn-off. There are SO MANY brands to choose from, I just can't support Merit given how nasty, unprofessional, and tone-deaf entitled their customer service has been.
Yes I have heard a good amount of bad experiences with Merit. Whether it’s customers or smaller creators.
