First time I have come across your channel. As I watched you prepare a "pallet" It was the way many people make them...although I must say I loved the way the joinery of the legs was working out. So I stayed on. When you said "To Easy" I wondered. . .The Unanticipated continuation was of your project had me asking question. ???is he going to put a glass top on. . . then when you started working the pieces . . . I wondered. . . How will he attach the Pieces.. . . as you continued it was wonderful to behold. Thank you for teaching me think of out of the box. It is very cool.

I avoid palet wood for a lot of reasons, but mostly because of the grain of the wood and its softness.
I'd have probably attached the legs later than you did and filled the space with waxed blanks. I would be afraid they'd get in the way and get ruined.

I enjoyed this video. Thank you for making and posting. I'm curious where you found a curiculum that allowed you to teach wood to move on its own. I've been trying to teach the wood in my shop for well over 3,000 hours and still they just go where they want. None of it pays any attention to my instructions. I really could use some advice!😜
You have to speak to them with affection and have a lot of patience. 😂

One last thing...the geek in me was wondering if you ever thought of adding LED Lighting to some of your creations!
Sometimes I've thought about it, but I don't think I'll ever do it.
If you break down the pressed wood clubs, split them in to,then you can hammer out the nails
Some are not easy to break.

Still, take care when you're sawing the wood, I sawed once like you on a bandsaw and sawed off my left thumb, it's been saved but isn't the same that it was before so please use some sort of protection when ypu saw
I always try to be careful. There is no protection that can be used on the band saw.
I can say such a good job, beautiful and I amazed at the design👍my only suggestion,you can make a design to the legs of the table to make it more attractive,you can make it a little bigger for some design,it's only my suggestion ,it's more looking attractive,so you can add little bit price,

I thought about it, but it's too modern for me.
I can’t afford but to use pallets and fence boards and of course the cheap 2x4 studs lol
You can make the table without the holes and the epoxy then.
Actually I like the way you done it with the apoxy. I myself have never used apoxy before but I believe I’m going to try using it and thanks for the video

Turned out very nice, and I understand the value of your hours but who would pay $1500 for a coffee table??
I would have like to see the epoxy in a blueish colour not the top coats of course, something that would contrast the wood colour and simulate the water better. But otherwise, it's an excellent piece of woodwork, very inspiring. ❤

While there is something to be said for using scrapwood to make nice things i much prefer your content where you use beautiful, natural forms of wood rather than these pallets which kinda look sterile. Loved the jazz throughout as background music though.

Awesome job but I find it hard to ask that much for it especially knowing how much the all the wood cost.
There are paintings that cost millions and were made with only 4 or 5 dollars' worth of paint.

$1,500 for pallet wood furniture? I might pay $300, but certainly not $1,500. Exotic wood, yes.
If I sell it for $300, I would be working for about $5 an hour. Do you know any woodworker who charges that?
