Never Build Bike Paths on Sidewalks, Toronto Infrastructure &Environment Committee Told, May 2 2024

David Lepofsky, Chair of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Alliance, made a formal delegation to the Infrastructure and Environment Committee of the City of Toronto on May 2, 2024 calling for Toronto to stop building bike paths on sidewalks. They should only be built at road level, to avoid endangering pedestrians with disabilities like blind people.
