Love Dimash. He always gets right to my soul. Heard this song 1000 times but still get emotional as Dimash speaks to my heart. Love him. All the way from 🇿🇦
Ty 4 ✨Dimash! Always enjoy your thoughts! PLEASE check out Dimash at his own concerts. Fan Fav is - Знай (Vocalise) ARNAU, Kiev (vid avail on DImash official YT channel). Even Dimash said, “he got this perf right” (amaz he goes LOW - TRUST). He also did this same song at Kiev show (best ver IMO if want 2C on own, on YT channel 2). 🤍tica 🇺🇸
This is his first Chinese/Mandarin song and he is so concern if he can sing it properly (especially diction). But according to a Chinese reactor he is very accurate. This song even won for him as the Best Foreign Singer.
My fav Dimash performance! His conveying the emotion of this song is surpassed in impressiveness by the fact that this was his first foray into singing Chinese, and he learned it in a week! 🤯
This is my favorite performance of his of this song - because it is a song written by a Chinese person, sung in Chinese, and in front of a Chinese audience. The story of the Japanese actress living in China under a Chinese name and then getting deported after that was discovered at the close of WWII is so sad and he conveys this sadness so very well.
This song is based on a true story, it is composed by Koji Tamaki KojiHere's. the lyrics: Autumn Strong Versions: #1#2 Late Autumn carries away last colours (from my heart) behind it. Myriad of my hopes/expectations gathered in this only goblet of wine. There are too many words of farewell and falling leaves in this season of partings. I will have time to hold your hand upon my heart for a while... And I want you to remember my silence, my unspoken promise. No, I don't dread thorns of bitterness I am only afraid to hurt you. If blame and accused can be carried away - Put them on the wind, But it won't help me... No, I do not dread to stay alone... But I am only afraid of your loneliness and that there is no one whom you say a word to I sigh quietly, a lump of tears does not allow me to keep talking... love your sound volume on Dimash! Some reactors have it so LOW, I just click off. You should see the Back Story video on this which also include this performance. I think it's just over 6 minutes long, and it tells the AMAZING hear breaking story behind this song! Liked and subscribed :)
This is amazing performance, I agree with you, one of the best Singer's performances by Dimash for me also Bastau concert of this song, you must to see it
Great Reaction! This is one of my favorite Dimash songs. The original sung by Kōji Tamaki is actually my favorite since you can feel the pain transmitted. There is actually a Dimash version of this song in Gloria Wu’s channel with the backstory which you will get a better understanding about the songs origin and how difficult it was for Dimash to perform given he only had one week to lean it in Mandarin. Also listen to the Kōji Tamaki versión called Akanaide for a comparison. Again great Reaction!
There both have different lyrics and meaning, and so are the deliverances. The only thing they share is the composition. If Autumn Strong is about saying farewell (to public), Ikkanaide (Tamaki) is about being left behind (by someone, more personal). As such Autumn Strong can’t be performed as devastatingly painful as Ikkanaide, but rather more of a bittersweet. I hope that makes senses.
Completely makes sense sinse both songs were inspired by the story of Yoshiko Yamaguchi. So in the Dimash version is she saying farewell to her past life in China where as in Akkanaide is more a lament of separation of someone who left her. Sorry I only know what I have read about Yoshiko from her bio. All I know is that when she was deported from China she was devastated.
@@vladimiribanez2772 yes, but for the Japanese (original) version, it’s rather from the point of view of the one who is being left. In this case, her lover or her husband. Which is why it feels sadder (more painful) because he was singing for her. Ikanaide means ‘don’t go’. Ikanaide lyrics: You're moving onto far and beyond, while I'm standing left behind Night running low and leaves me alone, dissolving you from my mind Eyes getting wet, don't be upset, but my heart really wants to cry "Don't go away!”
@kevin Lee! I see. I learned something new today. Many people do not know the song Autumn Strong has a backstory. I was lucky to have run into to the version on Gloria Wu’s channel. I had seen an old war movie with my wife called “House of Bamboo” in which Yoshiko Yamaguchi aka Shirley Yamaguchi was one of the lead stars. So the song made me research a little bit more about her past. Both versions are great and maybe someday we will get to see both Dimash and Kōji Tamaki perform it together. Thanks again.
This was the first time Dimash sung in Chinese. He learned the song in a week. He was very worried about his accent but he pulled this off and spoke perfectly.
This is a cover of a song very dear to the Chinese people, which was actually originally written in Japanese (original song title Ikanaide) in 1989. It is a tribute to a famous Chinese actress from the 1940s who was beloved by all. When it was found out she had some Japanese heritage, even though she grew up in China, the Chinese government deported her to Japan. It is a truly heartbreaking story. Check out the Gloria Wu translated version of this video, which gives a bit of background. I heard, however, at some point the actress was allowed to eventually come back to China, but I must research how long ago (or recent) that was. Also check out the original composer/singer's, Koji Tamaki, version of Ikanaide. Even more gut-wrenching!! ua-cam.com/video/DB8iM_5aHpo/v-deo.html
Dimash was so brave to sing in Chinese (mandarin) a language he had to recite and learn the pronunciation in a week!! the audience loved his performance because they felt dimash's feeling, he really appreciated their love and wanted to gift them a song in their language and they repaid him even more love. ah the bond he created between himself and the Chinese people. what a star!

Chinese song based on the true story ( check out the back story ) . Great reaction and explain . With love from Bulgaria ❤🇧🇬❤
Time for a Dimash change of pace. Please do his duet of Earth Song with rapper Victor Ma. It is amazing and the last minute is guaranteed to blow you away!
Dimash es maravilloso y lo lleva a uno a otra dimensión gracias por tan Bella reacción si está te gusto te encantará la presentación que hace en su concierto del 2020 fue magnifica 🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️
Love your reactions. This song ‘Ikanaide’ was originally sung by Japanese singer Koji Tomaki - his rendition of this song is amazing, raw and emotionally touching. Really worth watching: m.ua-cam.com/video/2j3ab7cu_30/v-deo.html Dimash’s rendition is, of course, magical and sublime. Knowing the back story gives Dimash’s performance added depth - props to Gloria Wu for ‘The story behind Autumn Strong’: m.ua-cam.com/video/FXQ58U-Eddg/v-deo.html Would love you to react to Dimash performing Daybreak @ Bastau:
Love your reactions and respect of Dimash. There is an extended version of this performance..it includes the fact that he LOST HIS VOICE the day before and of this performance. A trip to ER and Injections in the throat (WHAT!?!?) enabled him to sing and lose his voice again shortly afterwards. I guess it's true, "The Show Must Go On"! Look this up with Eng subtitles.. he talks about being more concerned that the audience understands him than how 'well he sings'.
You really said everything I felt thru this performance...Dimash can get into "character" of every song he performs, keep reacting to more Dimash, I will be waiting!!!
I really enjoy your reactions to Dimash and your open-mindedness towards him, his culture, the various languages in which he sings. Thank you!! If you liked the traditional songs like "Samaltau" then you might also like his interpretation of "Adai and Daididau" (performed in 2017). Both of these pieces are traditional Kazakh. Adai is played on a traditional Kazakh instrument that Dimash can play as well. Daididau is so beautifully interpreted by him.... If you look closely he actually has technical difficulties because his earphones didn't work, but he managed to still perform perfectly fine without the audience noticing much about those background problems!! Once more evidence of Dimash's professionality!
This song got many awards in China. Look on wikipedia. Adagio and give me your love tonite 2021 he composed in 2019 is upbeat and fun. The one from his digital show 2021 on his channel. Is great.
I love this version for the emotion he shares in it but also as this was his first time singing a chinese song (a language he didn't speak), to a chinese audience (who all 500 are the judges!!) in a singing competition!! Tell me what courage that takes??!!! Love this young man!! It is a sad song of mourning for a relationship. Gloria Wu has a back story video on her channel! Thank you for your reaction! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
That is an old song that he was singing in Chinese when he only learned two days before the performance. You must watch the backstory to the song and it's explained by Gloria Wu
Not many foreign singers can sing Chinese songs the way Chinese would sing them. Dimash surprisingly delivered. He sang it the way Chinese/Japanese would have sung them. His intonations were on point.
So a couple things- this version was the best for me, until I discovered another that is to me not to be missed. He of course gives it a different treatment, & he’s older. There’s a couple points at the end of the song that literally physically knocked the wind out of me. Stunning. Look for him in a red suit with this song. You won’t be sorry. This song is major sorrow, as back story is pretty sad. Also I think a lot of the jaw dropping (which starts really early into his song has to do w how beautiful it is, but also there’s a Chinese American reactor that said his mandarin sounded as if he was a native speaker.. I think a lot of the faces are the Chinese people in shock hearing him nailing such a difficult language along with it being a song they all love and it being sung so beautifully.
The song is based on a true story. The background story can be watched on Gloria Wu’s channel and I strongly recommend you watch it even in your own time. The competitors and audience were so moved because he sang it in Chinese. He won an award for it in China. 💗
I LOVE your reactions, thanks !!!! DIMASH and this song makes me cry everytime I listen to...i really LOVE him so much.Amazing. greetings from Argentina 💜🇦🇷🎼
The competitors were amazed because at this point in the contest, Dimash did not speaked a word in chinese and he learned the lyrics in a week so well that they said he sounded as a native speacker.
This was his first song in Mandarin, and it is famous song and backstory in China. You should check out the Gloria Wu version of this song that provides backstory.
Please make reaction to Diana Ankudinova - the most unique young talented singer. One of my favourite things to find and enjoy is music that gives me chills and goosebumps. I was cruising UA-cam recently and discovered a Russian talent show contestant that did just that, with one of the best, most unique voices I've heard in many years. Her delivery was nothing short of magical and I searched out more and more and more, and...more chills. I was stunned to find that the first performance I heard was when she was 14!!!! She's now 17 and still developing. She sings in Russian, French, English and Arabic. The covers she performed on that show are very popular on UA-cam. Many UA-camrs publish reactions on these performances, which include the ethnic song "River" (in a new musical arrangement), "Blizzard", "Wicked Game", "Human", "Derniere Danse", "Helwa Ya Baladi" and others. Please react to one of Diana's songs and I promise she will surprise you.
This song oh this song! AAAANNND.. here come the tears.. seriously.. very nearly every time I hear this song and yet... will I watch another 20 reactions to Autum strong tonight?.. F Yes I will! Have I watched this very reaction before?..yep and probably will again next month. Something about THIS tone, this emotion this performance. Idk. He is just beyond...anything
A sad tragic story behind dis beautiful song...when u know de story u will cry when u listen to it...it always moves me to tears...pls listen to de Japanese version titled 'Ikanaide'...another incredible performance by Dimash Qudaibergen...thanks for sharing your reaction with us..
Apart from being a quite meaningful song, with a real story behind, it's the first time Dimash had to learn a whole song in Chinesse language, knowing nothing about it previously. And yes, it's said, his girlfriend for years left him once he stayed in China for this contest, and she married another man. There's a song he wrote and sang to her, he only performed it once, LIVE, in one of his concerts, and he'd never played it again in life. OKINISH 👇🏽 ua-cam.com/video/e8Ut4rmzzi4/v-deo.html
Please react to some Filipino 🇵🇭 singers like: EZ Mil - Panalo (Live on Wish USA Bus) Morissette - I Want to Know What Love Is (Live on MYX) Bugoy Drilon - One Day (Live on Wish Bus) Marcelito Pomoy - The Prayer (Live on Wish Bus) Michael Pangilinan - Rainbow (Live on Wish Bus) BuDaKhel - One Sweet Day
I love how he sings and performs this song. I think people in the audience were delighted not only by his voice but by his Mandarin pronunciation. From what I have heard from Chinese reactors it is amazing and the audience could not believe it.
His concerts last over 3 hours of just singing and jumping around those vast stages, and after two odd hours he asks the audience whether they aren't tired that he has a lot of energy and he could do another 5 concerts right off!!
Hello, for me it is one of my favorite interpretations of Dimash, it is very emotional, and it has that ability to make you cry, to reach your soul. It is not his own, but it lives up to the original song. Greetings from Chile

DIMASH: THE VOICE OF GOD OR WALKING GOD HIMSELF?
Definitely he was touched by God before he was born. It's the closest we will get to God, I believe, before death.
@@sharonmerrow496 I agree....
Also he won song of the year in China for this song, I believe like Chinese equivalent of a Grammy.. anyone pls correct me if I have that wrong :)
Dimash é simplesmente transcendental!! Mágico! Único! Inigualável!
Continue apreciando Dimash!!!
👏🏿👏🏿👏👏👏🏽👏🏾👏🏼🎶🎶🎶💞💞🇧🇷🇧🇷
A sad tragic story behind dis beautiful song...when u know de story u will cry when u listen to it...it always moves me to tears...pls listen to de Japanese version titled 'Ikanaide'...another incredible performance by Dimash Qudaibergen...thanks for sharing your reaction with us..
I know I keep asking but if you can react to some martin garrix 'high on life' or 'higher ground' its some real goosebumps music 😁❤
OKINISH 👇🏽

Please react to some Filipino 🇵🇭 singers like:
EZ Mil - Panalo (Live on Wish USA Bus)
Morissette - I Want to Know What Love Is (Live on MYX)
Bugoy Drilon - One Day (Live on Wish Bus)
Marcelito Pomoy - The Prayer (Live on Wish Bus)
Michael Pangilinan - Rainbow (Live on Wish Bus)
BuDaKhel - One Sweet Day
This is Dimash at his finest!
I love how he sings and performs this song. I think people in the audience were delighted not only by his voice but by his Mandarin pronunciation. From what I have heard from Chinese reactors it is amazing and the audience could not believe it.
This song is not Dimash song. Check Gloria Woo -story behind Autumn Strong- Dimash did a fantastic job with this song.
НЕ СТОИТ СТЫДИТЬСЯ ЧИСТЫХ СЛЕЗ!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Such an emotional song and only Dimash could touch you so deep in your Soul. Bravo Dimash.
Excellent channel. Thank you so much.
A true Singer and Man, he is worthy of millions of fans to swim in the sea of love, respect and adoration !!!
❤❤❤❤❤ Easily for 2 years after I first saw this performance, i watched it every single night before going to bed. It still brings tears to my eyes.
