I work in a nursery, and I would 100% recommend that you do at least 2 half days a week. One week is quite a big percentage of your life when you're only one year old, so it's a long time to wait in between seeing the nursery staff so they will feel like strangers to Noah for longer. This is just what I have experienced though, please do whatever works best for you and your family ❤

As much as I like Autumn, for me it’s far far far too early to think about it yet in July 😯 It seems we’re rushing through the seasons instead of enjoying them & I can’t wait for my summer holiday 😁🌞 My children all attended nursery from age 3, they loved it & their social, emotional & language skills came on in leaps & bounds. I worked in Early Years Education for 20 years & I highly recommend it 😊
Yes completely agree! Rushing through the seasons….I ADORE Autumn decorations but this is getting silly!
What I have found in previous years is if I wait til i think I should I'm always too busy and it never feels quite the same. Living In the moment and embracing feelings, even if it is july, is the best way to go. If you don't feel autumnal enough now, that's fine, just embrace what you feel.

I’m assuming that everyone in this thread is from the UK. I’m from the U.S. and the state I live in the heat index gets up to about 110° F, or around 43° C. It’s not that we’re trying to rush Autumn. *We’re rushing the cool weather.* 😂 A cool Autumn breeze, warm fireplace, a nice book…you just can’t really enjoy those things in the heat
Different people like different season! Like Gemma I am more of a fall/winter girl (not a fan of the heat) and I'm already itching for the -ber months 😅

Hi Gemma, I know you might not see this comment but I wanted to let you know how important your channel is to me. I stumbled across it in 2021 when I was going through the worst time of my life. My partner and Mum were both ill and my life was so chaotic and unpredictable. The one consistent thing I had in my life was knowing that a new video would be up on a Sunday and that I could rewatch all of your old videos as often as I liked. I know for some it might sound silly but it really was one of the few things that kept me going. I own a nursery and have worked with under 2’s for 12 years! Even though I’m not a mum myself, I have seen and can sympathise with mums having to make the decision to place their child in nurseries! In my opinion, the younger the better - they are more adaptable, more ‘care free’ and it does their development wonders. If he cries, please know 98% of children cry for the few times at nursery - especially if they are only going for a day or so a week, it’ll take longer to get used to. See as many nurseries as you can, it’s like buying a house.. you’ll know when you know 😌 So exciting!!! 🎉 xx

So important for you to take time for yourself Gemma. Being a Mum is all consuming, as well as what you do re your work. I am sure everyone who watches your channel understands and supports your decision. Enjoy your time, do what makes you happy and helps your head space...that is so important. My son was in nursery two mornings a week from 13 weeks old as I had to return to work (that was 26 years ago!). Nursery helps them develop and learn to share, especially if they are an only child. It also allows you a bit of time too! Lots of love to you all xxx

All my grandchildren either have been or are currently in nursery youngest being 19 month and they all loved or love it they just come into their selves so much and become more confident loving the autumn vibes can't wait have a great time off x

My little boy went nursery from 11 months. Hes 17 months now and absolutely loves it! He loves other children and his development is amazing. I think it does them good to be around other children and teaches them life skills. Work on yourself whilst hes there and its paramount to have that time away from him! It also makes the times you have together that bit more special ❤️ sending love xx

Awh Gemma love this video. Like yourself I'm not that big of a summer person other than for the kids getting out and playing and stuff. Autumn/Winter is definitely for me too. I love the early dark nights, windy weather, no one judging you for been in your pj's at 4pm, watching films and been all cosy drinking my cups of tea/hot chocolate. And yes I am that annoying person you see in the range at Christmas time that has to press absolutely every button on any christmas decoration that talks, sings or dances. God I love christmas.😊

Hope you are having a good break, you deserve some you time! my son is 4 days older than Noah. He goes to nursery 2 days a week from about 11 months. Best thing I ever did. He’s came on so much and the interaction he’s getting with other children is making such a difference to him. He absolutely loves it! Xx

I understand you feeling overwhelmed with Noah attending nursery school. But I'm sure he will love it and you will do okay. As far as taking some time off for you that is wonderful and I think you should do it, especially since you haven't taken any time off and you need that. You need to get yourself in a place where you feel comfortable and you just need some time for yourself which is very important. You are a wonderful mother and I enjoy watching your videos so very much. I have to tell you I thought it was so sweet. Watching Jamie push little Noah around in his little car. How cute is that.
