How exciting!! Can’t wait to see how it goes. Fingers crossed. Just make sure to ask about the land behind it. Don’t want more houses being built behind you in a couple of years time. See if you can find out anything about that. It’s just that sometimes they build a few and then not long after, build more and the open views you thought were yours, vanish. Always see what’s what before committing.

Omg Gemma your videos make me feel so safe and happy even though I’m not. I honestly would watch your videos for days and days and listen to you talk for hours! You have captured such an amazing cosy feeling in your videos that make me love you even more! That song you’ve used at the start is really cosy too- what’s it called? Gemma honestly the only way I can put the way your videos make me feel in words is that they feel like a big hug and a warm presence and like everything isnok in my life. 50 minutes of pure bliss and I’m so much happier for it. Thank you! You have no idea how much your videos help especially as im super stressed student struggling with their mental health. I’m always interested to know what you wanted to do when you left college and how you made your UA-cam channel so successful that it’s now your job! Did you have any jobs beforehand?
