Looks yummy, I really enjoy homemade stews and soups , reminds me of my grandmother who could shell butter beans so fast I could never keep up with her! She would use vegetables from garden that she had blanched and frozen unless she made some in summertime using fresh out of garden! Oh my, your Campfire Stew is for grownups! Mine is browned hamburger with a couple cans of Campbells veg soup, simmered up and served over rice. I'll have to try the grownup version!

Well, beef vegetable soup is one of my favorites Tom. I have made broth with beef stock or tomato juice, used hamburger, beef stew or leftover roast. Sometimes......no meat, just beef cubes. Sometimes canned stewed tomatoes and canned 🥔potatoes. Sometimes I add a bit of small pasta to my bowl. Just depends on what I have handy at the time. Glad you made a great healthy meal and can freeze some too. Tell Gracie thanks for helping you. 🙏Pray for you always. Love and blessings. 😻❤

Oh, Mr. Tom! This reminded me of when I was a little girl standing in my Grandma's kitchen watching her cook and talking to my Momma. Boy, your dinner looks so tasty.😊 And Miss Gracie did such a good job of getting things ready for you!
Sorry, no kitty crew here at my house. We are dog people and have 2 dogs. I am glad that you have your kitty crew though and what joy they bring to you. I make this kind of soup also . Good eating and so easy. When I was homeschooling I would put this all in the crockpot and let it simmer all day. We usually got more than one meal out of it also. I would also get some bread going in the bread machine and we had warm fresh bread with the soup and also some slices of cheese. Yum!! It was one of our favorite meals during the cold weather.
I do this with leftovers lol..one gallon freezer bag in the freezer and I dump leftover veg and beef in it. Doesn't matter if it's taco meat or chunks of roast. Once full I add broth and tomato sauce. Always tastes nice but never the same taste twice.

Feeling better today so I looked u up and found this!! Hamburger and veg soup!! It took me back to my childhood watching Mama make this in the cooler weather months. Tom!Oh that is excellent! A good ol soup! I love it, always! You are so right, basical you can hrow in any veg you have at the time.I keeps me a bag (2 lbs) "soup veg) in he freezer. The store sells it cheap for 1.25 and it go all the veg in it that you need for a good soup, plus some etra like green beans, Kohlrabi, couliflower and some brussel sprouts. Hey, here`s another good one....I decided to make me breakfast for dinner today- grits, french toast, scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties lol....didnt have that in a long time :) Tomorrow, I will cook your soup and that will last me for a few days! After watching your last video… I bought some ground beef today (4.99/lb marked down) and was going to buy cabbage- but opted for kale (on sale and like it and nutritious!) so I’m making some vegetable soup tomorrow with vegetables I have on hand. Can’t wait! This looks great! Plus, I can have many meals and freeze some. I enjoyed the story behind your recipe. I loved camping and sure miss it. Everything tastes better outside!
Yummy. I am asking for some prayers. I went to the doctor today thinking I was bit by a spider yesterday. No such luck. I have shingles. I did get the shingles vaccine back in the spring. Hopefully that will help. An antiviral has been ordered but I have not gotten notice yet that is has been filled. Need to start those within 72 hours.

I love watching your videos and seeing your little town. I'm so glad you got you and the kitty crew a nice chicken dinner and a cheese burger to enjoy. I would like to see the Christmas market and decorations. We live in Moody, Alabama and the Moody Parkway has decorations on all the light poles and the crossroads area is decorated too. It's very pretty and cheerful for the holiday and especially in the winter weather. Our kitties love chicken and it's a special treat for us too. I've been trying to get my kitties to help too and Gracie needs to teach them all she knows because I haven't had much luck with them, like you have had with little Gracie. This is amazing. I am new to your channel. Are you the Mr. Tom that Alaska Prepper always mentions? Anyway, I am still dealing with Long Covid so taste and smell eludes me. My taste buds seem to really get confused when I eat two or more things together (i.e. whipped cream on pie; mac and cheese with a forkful of green beans, etc.) BUT, whenever I make a hamburger or some other type of ground meat soup I can actually taste the various things in the soup and my brain does not get confused. Not sure what it is but this kind of soup you made is the one thing I can taste to a great extent and enjoy. Thank you, Mr. Tom!
Gonna hav snow again next weekend will need something hot to snak on all weekend!!!!! I throw everything in including the kitchen sink!!!!! Then freeze a couple quarts for when i dont wanna cook . i definately hav plenty of dehydrated veggies to use too.
A delightful video Mr. Tom. Our family recipe didn’t call for the V8 or the flavor cubes. We use fresh diced tomatoes. Possibly a jalapeño pepper or more mild pepper. It does vary from person to person. The corn and sweet peas and potatoes aren’t on my diet right now. I have zucchini and Brussel sprouts and broccoli.

That looks SO good Tom! Maybe you should save a bowl or two in a plastic freezer bowl or freezer bag and stick it in the freezer for later this winter when you don't feel like cooking from scratch. I did that with some stew AND some roast and veggies a few weeks ago. Now I know I can just grab the baggie and either leave it out to thaw or put the bag in a bowl in my fridge to thaw then I'll have the goodness on my plate again.
Looks good Mr. Tom. One of my favorites! All the things I use. I do add cut okra in the last 10 minutes or so. Like my husband says, it will make your tongue slap your brains out! 😂

Gonna hav snow again next weekend will need something hot to snak on all weekend!!!!! I throw everything in including the kitchen sink!!!!! Then freeze a couple quarts for when i dont wanna cook . i definately hav plenty of dehydrated veggies to use too.

A delightful video Mr. Tom. Our family recipe didn’t call for the V8 or the flavor cubes. We use fresh diced tomatoes. Possibly a jalapeño pepper or more mild pepper. It does vary from person to person. The corn and sweet peas and potatoes aren’t on my diet right now. I have zucchini and Brussel sprouts and broccoli.

That looks SO good Tom! Maybe you should save a bowl or two in a plastic freezer bowl or freezer bag and stick it in the freezer for later this winter when you don't feel like cooking from scratch. I did that with some stew AND some roast and veggies a few weeks ago. Now I know I can just grab the baggie and either leave it out to thaw or put the bag in a bowl in my fridge to thaw then I'll have the goodness on my plate again.
Looks good Mr. Tom. One of my favorites! All the things I use. I do add cut okra in the last 10 minutes or so. Like my husband says, it will make your tongue slap your brains out! 😂
