A lot of people don’t think they have anxiety and everybody does to some degree but most don’t have it to the point where it’s greatly the quality of life. When covid restrictions shut down a lot of places, I learned to cut my own hair and haven't been back at a barber in a long while. Your video did a great job recapturing that soothing experience I used to have in barber shops.
