I really don't see the appeal of t he Philippines (or any SE Asian country) to foreigners. If foreigners are forbidden from buying land there, what's the point in moving there? If foreigners are unable to get citizenship in their adopted country, what's the point of moving there? Why bother at all? If I moved to Europe or Latin America there is no restriction on me own land. Likewise, I can get citizenship in those countries in as little as 1 year (although in most cases it would take 4-6 years) ... but the point is "I CAN GET IT!" But not so in SE Asia. And, as such, I really can't see the point in moving there, whether that be Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam. I want to be able to buy land that I can call my own - and with the potential of getting citizenship, especially if I'm marrying a citizen of the country and plan on living there forever. SE Asia is therefore out for me. If I visit Brazil and marry a Brazilian I can live there as a Permanent Resident. And after one year, I can apply to be a Brazilian citizen. Likewise, many Brazilians also have dual citizenship (another thing SE Asian countries don't seem to recognize). As such, if you marry a Brazilian with either Italian or Portuguese lineage, you might be able o get both Italian and Portuguese citizenship after being married for 4 years (and you don't even have to visit either country to get that citizenship!). I can buy 10 million hectares of land in Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina and I don't even have to be a citizen there. So unless your laws change (unlikely), foreigners will continue to be repelled by these repressive laws especially when they can move to a place like Uruguay, get 10-year tax free residency, get citizenship and a passport in just 3 years, while still maintaining their citizenship from their country of birth, and own as much land as they want to own.
35 Million is to much for the amount of land and house. plus its to fare from the main road, you can buy land cheaper than that and build a biger house than the one you show.

Farmland over 800k per hectar is insane and only bought by people who don't know how to farm and be economic. So is the rest really worth 33M ? I know the answer but my wife reminded me to stay more polite on the internet.
