Iron tail has been far more useful than quick attack. I can’t even think of a single instance where quick attack has been the finishing move, whereas iron tail has knocked out TONS of strong Pokemon
@@isaachiltyhilty6804 I guess so but that rarely happened. Quick attack is always used as a supplementary move or like a “let’s get started” kinda move. Most pikachu wins have come with iron tail, thunderbolt, or his “big move” (thunder, volt tackle, electro ball). Never quick attack. Atleast not against any substantial opponent
“Broken movesets.” Game Logic: Greninja’s highest base power move is Water Shuriken, and that’s only if it hits more than twice. Anime Logic: This is move is terrifying.
When it comes to pikachu, none of its region based moved, such as electro ball, electro web, volt tackle, can take its strongest move Because they’re just not used as much lmao, they lack the iconicness that lands them as the finishing blow more often, and have less chances to show off Quick attack on pikachu is def iconic
Which is exactly why its so powerful. A move doesnt have to do direct damage to be amazing. Think without double team that Greninja was getting a clean ko on Alain's bisharp? Or getting anywhere near Diantha's Gardevoir? Look at how many shadowballs the thing had to throw to figure out greninja when those would have all gone directly to Greninja otherwise. The clones directing focus away from the original creates SO many openings its not even funny. Plus do you not see the value in forcing your opponent to waste time attacking at what's not there?
First thing first, Infernape's Flare Blitz really is the most powerful and i agreed. Idk why but he gave me Goku vibes, imo.. Secondly, i thought Pikachu strongest move was Thunderbolt but it makes sense that Pikachu is using Quick Attack like a lots because of the speed stats. Can you imagine Pikachu's Quick Attack turned into Extreme Speed by accident?
Just to add to the brokenness if double team, it allows the user to close in so easily. Plus forcing your opponent to waste time attacking fakes is really amazing. Greninja would NOT have gotten as close as he did to gardevoir or mega sceptile (frenzy plant is so broken in the anime) if it wasnt for double team. Look at how many shadowballs gardevoir had to throw to figure out greninja instead of just focusing on the real one from the start.
Pikachu's most powerful move is the exclusive z-move 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt. My favourite ace partner of Ash Ketchum is Sceptile who uses Leaf Blade.
I agree with 90% of ur list but...for Greninja im going Cut bcz even Ash who knows Greninja more that anyone else due to the bond phenomenon said that its a full powered attack and has used it more than any other move if yu think about it, even more than Double team and Aerial Ace tbh.
On Pikachu personally I would say Thunderbolt is better purely because it was the ending move of Ash vs Leon. Like nothing is stronger then the final Thunderbolt of the final major fight of the anime IMO.
The video title is pretty misleading. Its not about raw power but rather usefulness. Quick Attack has allowed the rat to escape horrible scenarios which the raw power of thunderbolt wouldn't have. Yeah thunderbolt is Pikachu's most powerful move in the sense of damage output but in terms of utility, its definitely quick attack

What about volt tackle? I know the anime made it so that every Pokémon had four moves, but Snorlax had six. Also, it has stab if that exists in the anime and speed.
You know, as grumpy as i am about Charizard winning against Ash Greninja, Ash Greninja is always clearly meant to be a special attacking mon but he almost beat Mega Zard X with only physical moves bcs Water Shuriken was weirdly a physical move in Gen 6 and Gen 7 made it special months later Kalos league was over so in my head cannon if Ash gave one special attacking move to Greninja it would've been over
I really do not know why you havent hit like 100k yet you really deserve it the content you make is really underated by far the most underated channel i've come accross
All of Ashs Pokemon are incredibly strong Me: torterra, noivern, Oshawott, Torkoal and Gliscor beg to differ. They hardly won in battle and when theu did, it was never enough to outweigh their failures. Same can be said for Sirfetch'd, who despite beating fairly ppwerful opponents, still had more losses to his name than he did wins
Great video, but the only complaint I have is for Pikachu. (But it's your opinion, so you're good.) Pikachu speed is great, and it does help quick attack a lot, but it doesn't really compare to thunderbolt. There is a reason that Ash calls it Pikachu's best move. Plus, Pikachu has taken out more pokemon with used thunderbolt more than quick attack and why it was the final move to beat Leon. THIS IS ALL AN OPINION
Oh, of course. I'm not saying Thunderbolt is weaker than quick attack. But what I'm saying is that because of the speed increase from quick attack, it allows pikachu to speed blitz legit any pokemon it's up against. Part of the reason it lost to marshadow is also because it didn't have the boost from quick attack, but hey, I don't disagree with you at all, friend

I think you got rid of iron tail too quickly for Pikachu's most versatile. Pikachu has perfected its ability to use iron tail to the point where he rarely misses even though it has a high chance of missing. Pikachu uses iron tail defensively to block attacks and even cut tax in half. And also to jump. I can tell also can Lower the defense of a pokémon. I respect your perspective on quick attack... The thing with double team is we never see the clones attack. Ever. Every time double team is used its as a distraction so the OG mon can get close.

If pikachu still had volt tackle, it’d be a best of both worlds between thunderbolt and quick attack
