Just watch one Anne Margaret movie, preferably one with Elvis and you'll realize the brilliance of this skit and Kristen Wiig. She's easily one of the most versatile, consistent SNL cast members of all-time, best of the female bunch for sure and has even transitioned perfectly to movies. Bridesmaids is a classic.
You ever hear of Gilda Radner?
She’s so classic with her imitations, love Kristen!
I miss when living rooms looked like that. Kudos for the realistic decor.
It really is a beautiful set
I think there might be stores that sell retro-furniture and décor from various periods, including the early-1960's. Although if there are, they're probably all online.
MCM is all the rage with the kids these days.
Amazing set... kinda nuts, though, when you think that whole realistic decor was bought and constructed for a 2 min bit! :D
......Thanks Kristen ... You NAILED the fabulous Ann-Margret's MOVES ... A hilarious trip down Memory Lane!!!!💕🤣💕
❤😂if you’ve ever seen any of the Elvis clips this is just about perfect!!
Ann Margaret was a wonderful woman, and it would take this...another such wonderful woman to adequately impersonate her, so incredibly well!
Just a flipping great performance here. Ms. Wiig perfectly captures the frantic energy of Ms. Margaret.
I FEEL LIKE DANCING WITH HER
SO MUCH ENERGY
How does he not crack up when she is dancing like that in front of him?!!! 🤣🤣😂😂
In my view, one of the funniest skits on SNL😂🤣
