ola amigo , vou te explicar oque esta acontecendo, o cambio é o easytronic, e ele tem um sensor de partida que tem que ser acionado ao virar a chave ,no caso ai o modulo nao esta reconhecendo o sistema easytronic, tanto que nem aparece o N de neutro , ai possivelmente sao 3 coisas , 1 os conectores que pega no atuador da marcha esta bambo ou seja nao conectado direito, 2 pode ser que o sistema robotizado que passa as marchas esta com o motor queimado entao é necessário substituir ou 3 as escovas que fica dentro do robo de manchas esta gasto e o sistema nao reconhece, tem que verificar essas 3 coisas fazer o reparo e depois reconfigurar o cambio

The maintenance light is on so it probably will be ignition
Fuse box is wet! Takenit out by removing only 3 screws and wipe it, clean it and dry it. Tgis should solve it
