Sir I have a doubt aap bol rah h pcc panel pe 132 kV aa rahi but wo to HT panel mein aati uske baad TRAFO 1 2 3 jisse bhi hokar wo transformer mein jaati waha se step down hoke PCC panel mein jaati further waha se power ki distribution hoti jo MCC panels meinjati h but aap bol rah HT panel aur PCC same hai kya

No, bus coupler is totally different from synchroscope. Bus coupler used to coupler the different charge line of the same voltage. While synchronoscope is used to help to connect the same voltage line of different power source.
