Ingredients:
For dal:
1 cup tur dal
Salt to taste
1/4th tsp haldi powder
2 drumsticks
For Fried Onions:
1 onion sliced
5-6 black pepper
3-4 cloves
1 cinnamon
1 tsp jeera
For palida:
4-5 tbsp dahi
2.5 tbsp chana atta
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp jeera
1/4th tsp methi seeds
7-8 curry leaves
1/2 onion
1/4th tsp haldi powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
For rice:
2.5 cups rice
Salt to taste
For dal tadka:
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp jeera
6-7 curry leaves
1-2 Kashmiri dried chillies
