After switch off,initially it turned off. But after 20-40 second it turns on automatically.everytime facing same problem.can you answer why this is happening???? 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I think this is due to any problem in wiring. Please contact electrician
You are wrong. Normal switch and MCB are exactly the same. How will the light know if the sketch is off or the MCB is off....you have connected your switch to phase and MCB to neutral. Otherwise there is no way that the bulb will know there is a power cut or switch is off. Many people do not understand this concept

The bulb doesn't turn off even on switching off the main button. Also it flickers when used on batter

Main jab emergency bulb ki switch off karke dusra normal bulb ya fan on karta hu tab dono emergency bulb DC me jalne lagta hai chahe yo din me ho ya raat me. Mera samajh me nahi ya Raha main usko kaise sehi Karu ya fir vapas kar du. Aapke pass iska koi solution hai to plz bataiye.🙏🙏🙏

Sorry for that. Aap ekbar bulb ko kholke haath mein lijiye. Phir e 2 rupees coin leke uske piche jo do polls hote hain usme eksath touch karke dekhiye. Agar phir bhi nahi jal raha hain, then return kar dijiye.

Ji ha, jalta rahega. Charge khatam hone pe off go jayega. Fir se jab bijli rahegi aap jala sakte hain. Aur ye charge hota rahega.

Bulb ke peeche coin ya thumb lagane par jalta hai, light aane par bhi theek jalta hai lekin power cut ke baad nhi jalta hai! Kya kare?
But MCB band karne se bhi ...Mera Bulb nahi jal raha hai.

In general all LED bulbs turned dim/very low when it's switched off. It should be so dim only can be seen when the room is dark.
If it's not like that, then there is a problem. It may be problem with the bulb or in electrical wiring. You may try this bulb on any others room to be sure. If it's having the same problem then you have to return the bulb.

How does the bulb differentiate between Power Cut and Switch Off bcoz in both cases it is the flow of current that gets interrupted right?

Sorry friend, there is no such indicator in it. You just have to use it with idea that whether it was kept on for total 8 hrs or not.
After Power cut bulb does not glow it's turn off like normal bulb what we do now?
Sorry to hear that. Might be the battery is not having charge. Try to charge it by keeping it switch on to glow for at least an hour. Then try. If the problem persists return it.......
