Thoughts on the game:
This is one of my favorite open-world crime games and should have gained more respect when it was first released back in 2012. This was originally meant to be True Crime: Hong Kong which was sadly cancelled; however Square Enix thankfully stepped in and saved the project renaming it "Sleeping Dogs" - though to me this will always be part of the True Crime franchise. Fantastic combat and a unique open-world Hong Kong setting really separate this from the competition, along with its intense, gritty undercover cop story it's one of the best crime games of the past 15 years and deserves all the love it can get. It even teaches the mighty GTA a thing or two...
