It has been 21 years in the making...I never give up, I learned a lot and I keep learning. My dog died 2 weeks ago and he was the only connection that I have truly had for years. What is the step in the book now? A new dog is not the answer for me right now. I’m too sad right now.

Everything it’s our next step, even the small event or situation. Like Bashar said: do not argue with universe, each moment is creating next moment. You need just be relax what ever it’s happen it’s happen for you and you should stay in positive stan how long is possible, not reacting - even if is happen something wrong. This is perfect behaviour I know we need to first find our self to try to be 100-% self which is not easy but mainly just remember each second our life it’s perfectly serve for you and you need just see everything neutral or positive thanks that universe like mirror gonna mirror our thoughts, feelings, behaviour. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤. Next time do not ask people, just sit in quiet room, body must “sleep”, mind half alive half sleep and then you open door to your subconscious. Use delta or Alfa binaural beats or hemi sync (gateway experience) or Jose Silva method (mental video workshop). It’s so many things but you can start from that. That's crazy how I asked myself at age 12, "What is existence and why does existence exist?" I read so much philosophy, Heidegger, etc., but still, the answers were limited by the academic system that constrained philosophers. They had to find a way to convey these messages without sounding mystical or esoteric but rather academic. Only when I opened all my chakras and became aware of my psychic abilities did I finally find peace.

We need more prctical things like do i have to practice having a wasp on my hand to overcome fear? A non lethal scorpion? And i often dream of flying just opening my arm ,i feel its possible but if it works the fear of flying will take me and i will crash how can i conquer the fear without exercises?

Thankful to the higher level of consciousness and elaboration of this complex system of existence from Bashar . One point which I did not understand properly was in 20:20 on PARADOX. When standing in the middle of it, you are in a point of power. I wished there was an example given.

Paradox sometimes is difficult to understand fully. The middle path means no polarity or extremes - meaning - no right or wrong, this or that. It is , yet it isn't ,is the paradox of all things. By allowing or surrendering to a higher knowing or deeper understanding, you are removing resistance , allowing your fundamental relevant vibrations to reflect a new path. ❤❤❤

It´s about time mainstream (TV) science wrap their minds around this and stop entertaining us with silly horror stories of end and beginning.
