Hola Nicolas. Una parte escondida de mi vida es la de Ghost Writer en muchas plataformas de música (probablemente hayas escuchado alguna canción escrita o compuesta por mi en la voz de algún cantante de pop quienes son quienes más me contratan).
De hecho tengo varios canales de música de todo tipo (desde clásica hasta scores para películas) ya que me encanta y pues es importante dedicarle tiempo a lo que uno le gusta.

Tennis en mi experiencia es muy raro que un call center pida un nivel de inglés porque para eso existe el Versant y las entrevistas. Joshua explicó en un video que el como recrutador no le importa lo que diga un papel (título) si cuando en una entrevista la persona que aparentemente en B2, C1 o C2 no se sabe ni expresar.
El papel aguanta lo que pongan y por eso se hacen las entrevistas.

Básicamente mi concepto (y el de muchos reclutadores) es el que explica muy bien la amiga Maureen.
Usualmente un call center pide C1 como mínimo cuando se trata de atender clientes nativos.
Ahora yo entrevisto muchas personas día tras día que vienen con un título diciendo que son C2 casi nativos (según la universidad donde sacaron el título) pero no son capaces de sostener una conversación simple por lo cual no pasan la entrevista.
Así que las apps, pruebas, y títulos que existen para darte un nivel no son confiables del nivel de inglés que tienes o no.
Lo que se ocupa son personas que puedan hablar bien inglés.
Yo recibo personas sin titulo que hablan muy bien el inglés y pasan la entrevista sin problema.
Eso de los niveles es una distracción que nadie debería tomar en serio.
Se habla o no se habla inglés y eso es lo que se requiere al final de una entrevista.
Puedes ser C2 (según una app, prueba, o título) pero si no pasas la entrevista simplemente es que aún no se habla bien el idioma.

@@HipronarySchool aca la solución es aprender vocabulario fuera de lo usual, aunque parezca que nunca lo vayamos a usar. Un excelente metodo podría ser leer y grabar cuentos, o libros de ficción donde los autores suelen usar verbos rebuscados or "out of the standar" para decorar sus letras.
