Hi hope someone read this. I was facing the same issue with this sound and the service center said it is due to the cam shaft . Okay guys do check the cam shaft but please pay attention to the intake and exhaust rocker arm assembly as in my case the intake rocker sets inside pins were broken . Okay thats from my side hope this helps you. It cost about 1400 for the parts and my service was free coz my friend did it for me.
The firing of Ronin is from its silencer & there is no thump from the engine. Hope you got it fixed. If yes do share what was it? Was it the head knocking or the valve adjustment?
Problem solve hai.. showroom mechanism se boliye chain set ki age ki choti chain set black rubber ko remove Kar de jiye phir chain set ki chik chik ki noise resolved ho jayei..
Mere Ronin mey bhi same sound ho raha hey..maine 3 bar service centre ghum kaar aa gaya..wo log bol rahe ki tappet ki sound hey..aur wo 2nd servicing ke baad thik ho jaye ga..tappet adjustment ke baad..but new bike se aisi sound kiu aaye ga!! Mera question ye hey..mujhe bhi bahut gussa aa raha hey.. bike chalane mey maja nahi aa raha iss sound ke wajah se..aaur 4000 to 4200 RPM ke aandar vibration hota hey..aaur mera bhi ye 1st bike hey..and number plate ka jo light hey wo bhi nahi jalti.. isse too mera 15 saal purana pleasure jada smooth chalta hey..koi vibration nahi koi bakwas ke sound nahi.. Mujhe dusra TVS service centre jana padega..kiu ki sound din ba din increase ho raha hey..

Same noise I m also having & Service technician having d same dialogues "Ronin Common Sound", but that is certainly not. I will never suggest any1 to purchase TVS instead of reputed Companies like Honda, RE. No comparison al all. It was my 1st and last mistake with TVS & will not let it be with to any1 I know. they are good in cheap scooty & auto rickshaw thats it.
Noise aur halka vibration to meri Ronin se bhi aa rha h ,pr apki bike ka bht jyada hai ,also city me 6-7km ki ride pe hi engine tank tk heat ho Jata hai , aur engine ke around vapour bhi feel hoti , cooling bhi bht slow h , 2-3 hours me bhi proper cool nhi ho pata
I have also same issue with my ronin and i complained about it to tvs service they can't do anything about it and i go farther farther and second time i came to service they take my bike to fix this now i have to wait for their solution
@@d_budget_wanderer these people have misused their bikes for the first 1000 kms.Only few are facing such problems for Ronin. Ronin is a great bike with a squared off engine.If you don’t properly treat the bike for the initial days it will have problems.

Arey bhai drr mt hr bike me ye problem nhi hai, sbse pheli chiz agr koi company koi naya model nikalti hai toh uska first batch kabhi bhi nhi leni chahiye usme koi na koi detect hota hee hota hai, humesha 2nd ya 3rd batch hee Lena chahiye. Iss gaadi me manufacturing defect hoga Mere paas bhi Ronin TD model dawn orange colour hai aur 300+ kms kr liye hai meri bike se aisi awaz nhi aati hai jaisi aani chahiye ek engine se waisi hee normal badiya awaaz aa rhi hai. Bs chain noise hai vo clean aur lubricant se thik ho jayega aur mera right mirror ka position thoda teda hai vo thik Kara lunga service pe. Baaki ek aur chiz new engine heat krega kyuki engine's ke parts new hote hai settle hone me time lgta hai toh first service se phele aaram se 60 ke speed ke niche chalana ya fir 5000rpm se niche chalana engine aise kharab nhi hoga, first service ke baad mst chalao aur engine heat bhi km ho jayega agr engine heat face kroge toh.

Baaki bhai yehi advice dunga 1000kms tk mst 60 ke aas paas ya niche highway pe aur city me 50 ke speed se niche chalana hai, first service ya 1000kms baad mst bhaga kuch na hoga ya fir 5000rpm se niche ho bike ka rpm, isko running in period bolte hai. @@shreyanshurajdutta per bhay mere gaav me ek hi show room hai TVS ka muje dusre me jane ke liye 140km duur jana padega! Aur bike bhi me Jodhpur se leke aaunga jo mere gaav se 140 km duur hai kyuki mere gaav ke showroom me ! Bike available hi nhi thi unko bike ke baare me pata nhi tha 🙂🥲

Correct.. this is not a proper engine sound. You have to put a consumer case on the showroom name.
Just tappet sound. It can be cleared with good technicians

Valve clearance has to corrected properly.
For new engine, this is common.

Tvs people are not receiving my call also. They are ignore me same problem.
Same noise I m also having & Service technician having d same dialogues "Ronin Common Sound", but that is certainly not. I will never suggest any1 to purchase TVS instead of reputed Companies like Honda, RE. No comparison al all. Same with me, meri bike ki to Clutch plates hi chang kar do only 500 km per, or sound for bhi as reha hai, please suggest 🙏
For engine noise tvs said is a normal in all ronin. I am also riding bike as it is with noise.

Yes still noise is ther but is less than before after replacing cylinder head.
Bhai mai bhi lene ki soch raha hun, par i think ab sahi ho gaya hoga kyonki ye old models me tha may be ab company ne engine fix kar diya ho..

This is not a tappet noise it's a crankshaft of noise.
