Yes you can it is a good bike. Take top mobel with dual channel abs and keep the abs selection in rain mode always. You will not get disappointed . I am using it for past 3 months riden around 6600km.its awesome
@@AmitSharma-vh9bf please don't misguide others. In Rain mode, the ABS becomes more intrusive and the stopping distance increases, which is NOT a good thing. Please do NOT misguide others when you don't know the technicalities involved. 🙏
@@RealAutoReviews in the urban mode the brake liver tends to jerk back a lot when pressed whereas in rain mode its dont jerk back. When asked about the same in tvs service centre they advice the same and they cannot do anything about the jerk in the brake liver when in urban mode. Foot starts to pain after some times when used frequently
@@AmitSharma-vh9bf The opposite should happen like it happened in my test bike. The lever kickback is because of too much ABS intervention, which should ideally happen in Rain mode because there's less traction and the wheel can lock up more easily than on dry where the tyre has more grip. But it's good that you mentioned. Now potential buyers and owners will be advised to try both and use the one that has less ABS intervention 😃
I am looking for a bike in 150-200CC segment and could you please suggest best bike considering below . Sometimes i may be go out of town, may keep my bike idle for 1/2months, which bikes may give least start troubles in such cases. ??? Kindly suggest?
Coming from Platina 110 drum varient. Did test ride of TVS Roning base and top varient and RE Hunter Metro top model. Did not like sitting position of hunter. Also comfort level of Ronin felt way higher than hunter. Hunter has torquey nature whereas Ronin has linear. My only reason to go for top model would be dual channel ABS. Did not felt use of Bluetooth connected feature (felt like gimmick). After seeing your video, now am confused, if only for dual channel, I need to pay Rs. 25,000 more ? I also tried Pulsar N160 dual channel varient. It's a good bike but my palm area of hand becomes red in 5 mins 🥲. So that also got off the list so far. Any comments on base vs top model of Ronin from only dual channel ABS worth of paying Rs 25,000 (color and golden forks not an issue)
You can't (and shouldn't) put a price on safety. Go for the top model that has dual channel ABS. I might be able to stop the single channel ABS bike quicker once in a while, but on the majority of occasions, it's the dual channel ABS that will keep you safer 😃
@@Vayu5863 no man, will wait for 2023 models updates of Ronin since it's almost end of 2022. Will see then. Till then my modified platina 110 with 83 kmpl is very good. 😊
@@RealAutoReviews I totally get your point. But am not trying to put any price on safety. It's just that I don't feel justified for 25k. I will wait for 2023 model update and then decide. Thank you for your positive answer 😊

Please take test with rain mode in tvs ronin 225cc . The stopping distance will decrease much more. i am using this bike for past 3 months driven around 6500km .
What you will recommend me if i pick between hunter and ronin. My height is 5.5 ft and i only want a comfort, straight posture and easy maneuver bike. I recently sold honda highness as it becomes little heavy in streets and city traffic. I recently take a test ride on Hunter only... I feel hunter isn't a wow in terms of riding quality. What are your concerns, can you please suggest me. Thanks❣️
The content is good. But you should add subtitles and the main thing is for breaking test you must give a side ankle view and a comparison view like your thumbnail. Otherwise it is just a trust in your words and the same is not understandable by other languagees.
i am using ronin top model. while in panic situations if i use the brakes suddenly the gear lever will become hard and i am unable to downshift. To do downshift in that situation i need the release the cluth half and only able to dowm only one gear at a time. suppose i am in 4th gear someone came in front of me and i hit the brakes. after stopping the bike i am unable to go to neutral or first gear to do so i need to release half clutch and come to 3rd gear and again release half clutch and come to 2nd and again release half clutch and come to 1st or neutral. i want to know whether the bike has problem or i am driving wrong??? in service center they are not listening what i am saying. i said to them that i hit breakes in 4th gear and after coming to low speed like 10kmph or the bike is completely stopped i am unable to downshift. the only thing they are saying that who will go at 10kmph in 4th gear. means they are questioning me like that when i say my problem. please help me
I shall explain. But, first, please tell me if this is your first motorcycle? And for how long have you been riding? I suspect that you are a relatively new rider. Say, someone with a riding experience of under two years? Please let me know. 😃
@@RealAutoReviews likely a new rider. Earlier I used to drive activa for 8years. I know how to drive a bike but i drive like once or twice in a year. My friends have bikes but i never ask them. but Its been almost 4 months since i purchased my new bike
@@Sharath...... I could guess 😃 The short answer is: it's absolutely normal. There's nothing wrong with your motorcycle. You can almost never shift down to first or neutral from higher gears directly by keeping the clutch lever pulled in once and pressing down on the gear lever multiple times. Over a period of time, you will learn how to be in the right gear always, which would minimise the situation where you have stop the bike in a higher gear. Hope this helps!
That should not happen! Could you explain in some detail mentioning the gear and speed, please? Also, which city are you in? By any chance if you're in Delhi/NCR, please feel free to meet and I shall inspect your bike 😃
