Dior quints are so soft and pretty on the eye. The concealer is also just a great product.

Naw I'm mad at Dior. They suckered me into spending $62 on their Airflash foundation and falling in love with it only to discontinue it. How rude!! 😡
I know we’ve talked about this before so forgive me for repeating myself but Have you tried the Sephora version? There’s very little shade choice but honestly it applies the same. That aside, it was extremely rude of dior to do that to you when they knew how much you liked it.

I have been waiting for this review! Thank you Rebecca! My concerns have been addressed, I’m so glad they didn’t change the concealer. Such a relief 😮💨
They seem to have made some sort of changes, Julie, but it doesn’t affect how it applies and wears thankfully.
The new concealer looks peachier, which is worrisome to me because I need cooler colors, but they do look the same on you. I use 0N, but I still wish it was a tad lighter and cooler. I use it like you say, in place of foundation, but only in summer, as 0N is still a bit too dark for me, but I love the formula.
Absolutely looks peachier. But once blended, totally the same. Have no fear.
The colours look familiar, but i love a good repetition as i love their formula nowadays, and looks so fresh, healthy, spring-ie (is that English, i think not) on you!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I think i will fall for this one as well as well, making a summery in my head first, Chanel is also coming with new shadows, Suqqu, when i love the colourstory, i do not think, i order. And Chantecaille also looks great! But this colourstory is so cute, love it more than the other new one, the more warm toned, i think i want this one!!! I think springy is a perfect word in English! You always know the right thing to say! I am super interested in the new Chanel that’s coming out. I think this is a very pretty pink but, no matter what I do, the Dior quints are never my favorite. There’s just something about the formula that it’s just a little bit too sheer for my taste

I truly believe you are safe, Jan. They appear different in the glass. There might be a slight difference side-by-side on the face but blend away and it’s all good.

I like the quality of Dior quints. But I made a promise ti myself to really really buy only colors, color schemes if I already do not have it. Which will be very hard so I am hoping I will not buy any palettes this year from any brand🤣🤣 i love neutrals. But I have so many it could last me fee lives. And I ain't a cat to have 7🤣🤣🤣 i have to coral paisley from last year and that orange shade made it interesting for me to buy. I would love to see some innovation in the eyeshadow world- not color wise speaking- all of the neutral shades were beat to death,but formulas. Happy New Year beautiful😊
I agree with you entirely. It's all about the formula. The new formulas are more interesting than the shades...as there's only so many eyeshadow shades that will sell. I think the indie brands do best at formula.

Try findation dot com. It’s not always perfect but if you go to it and put in as many other matches as you can it will match you with what it thinks is the closest in the Dior concealer

Happy New Year 🎉🎉Thanks for this demo. I’m glad the new formula appears to be unchanged. I am also a 2.5 in Dior. I bought a backup while there was a sale at Nordstrom before the holidays. I won’t need to buy a new one for a while. The eye shadow palette looks very nice. It’s something I would give as a gift. You can’t go wrong with those neutral pink colors as they will flatter most skin tones. I like the quints but I really love the Dior backstage series. Thanks for another awesome video. 😘Do you think 2023 will be the year of new high lighters ? You know how Charlotte is a trend setter :)

After waiting over 2 weeks for Too Faced to ship out my order...I finally reached them finding out they somehow shipped without telling me but the parcel got lost and palette is now out of stock 😒 all thanks to Royal Mail doing nothing but strike for months... Soooo many orders all over got lost

I like this new quint. I can see myself using this one, for a change. I usually do that bang look, but that takes time to do. Lol. What is your favorite Dior quint? I hear these quints are amazing, but some are better than others. I don’t own any Dior products, except a lip lipstick/balm.
I admit, Janice, that I tend to like dior backstage and I do not have a favorite quint. The formula is too sheer. They are pretty enough but I don’t adore any of them, I admit.

I absolutely reviewed that one. It’s gorgeous. It just has a high amount of denatured alcohol so can’t be worn daily or will dry out the face unfortunately. So not a great choice with your skin. I’m so sorry.

I may try that new Dior concealer again because I don’t tend to wear foundation, but instead rely on little dots of concealer and glowy products here and there to blend everything out. Love the Dior quint on you-Very pretty! I like the Dior quints a lot. Been wanting to pick up Cosmic Eyes but just haven’t yet.
Hello Laura! I am so hit and miss on these dior quints. This is a very pretty one. Sometimes they are a little little bit too sheer for me but they are definitely pretty. And this would be a great concealer to just spot treat with. I think you would be very happy with it.

The problem of Dior shadows is the hinges of the case break 😢
Almost all my cases are broken but love the texture and colours. Soft and creamy.

Soft Petals looks perfect for spring/summer for me since I tend to scale down from deeper shades like those in the mitzah palette which I love for autumn/winter. I'll definitely pick it up. thanks for the swatches and demo. I'll never buy anything Dior based on the pics on the website, thery're absolutely unreliable.
Abby! Both Dior and Charlotte Tilbury have the worst swatches. I guess Pat McGrath as well. They’re never color correct, they’re always doctored. It’s impossible. I am so glad that the swatches here were helpful for you.
Hello my beautiful Rebecca ♡ glad the concealer is the same because I was thinking of purchasing that one or the new huda ( I'm running out of my concealer the DW estee lauder but didn't think it was that great) I think I'm going with the dior as I like their foundation. One of my new years resolutions is buy less makeup and use up what I have and buy only necessary replacements but not relevant with the dior quid I have in my basket some of the odens eyes new singles multichromes and shimmers but I haven't ordered them yet I'm thinking if I really need them? @@NotFitforPrintBeauty no the ones it took ages to arrive haha the holiday quids, the bronze bliss and nude allure.They translate so much darker on the eyes and the shimmers nothing special. The only shade that's more shiny/glittery it's a kinda silver one in bronze bliss I thought it would look stunning but it's more Grey and deep on my eyes, they look very mudy .The Star wars quids? If I hdd ordered that I could probably tell in March if I was lucky regarding how long it took for this order to arrive 😂 haha

I’m excited to try the concealer! I don’t really have a frame of reference since they didn’t have a variety of shades for deeper skin tones before the reformation, so I look forward to trying this!!!
Now as much as I enjoy the Dior shadow formulation something about the quinces turn me completely off. I love a five pan palette but I don’t understand why they mess the entire palette up with the pan shapes and layout…UGH! 😂
Tracie! I’m so in agreement. I keep trying the Dior five pans and they’re pretty but I rarely use them. There’s also something about the formulation. It’s such a gentle powder and I’m not always attracted to the feel of that, if that makes sense. It’s not creamy and it’s not powdery. Plus the layout is strange I agree. Definitely try the concealer though.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty They really need to get away from the quince palette. It is not user friendly UGH. Aside from the shape/layout, I really dislike the metal frame around each shade. Not specific to Dior but I don’t care for palettes that put a frame around the shades. It’s so distracting 😂😂😂

I had to drop their foundation and concealers a few years ago when they started discontinuing products without any notice. Even the consultants didn’t know so they couldn’t warn us so we could stock up while we looked for something else. I think Dior is the biggest offender of discontinuing without notice but I could be wrong.
I think you're right. I mean, even what they don't discontinue, they end up reformulating and sometimes that's a loss right there.

I don't see a difference in the concealer once blended onto your skin. I really like the quint and also enjoy softer eyeshadow pigmentation. Never purchased a Dior quint, only a couple Backstage products.
I am usually more of a fan of the backstage products, to be honest. I am very hit and miss with the quince but this is a really soft pretty one. And the concealer is thankfully still reliable.
