Obviously your odds are best on the first turn after you combine your stacks, and if you don't take the risk and neither of you throws the game then it lasts forever. The number at the top says 41%, so you don't want to take a 59% chance of losing the game on the spot, but you can still play the game: out of your 412 vs 245, I would blitz ~300 troops and then see what the chances are. If you get a good roll you will have good odds just blitzing the rest. If you get a bad roll he still can't get through a 113 cap, so you're in the same gamestate anyway.
Great insight. I have never had great luck with 0% cap rolls so I am very reluctant to try it. The way it played out gave me a 100% victory but required a lot of patience.
