I can't believe what i just saw. The professionalism of Natasha is something from the outworld. She'd been speaking for an HOUR and kept her speech clear, straighforward and non repetitive. She was like a hot knife through butter, completely evaporating lies on her way. That's 11 out of 10. Of course this is her job but still... that's unbelievable.

The so-called "Blockade" is a border like any other border.
People with work permits allowed in to work. And any country that has a hostile border will keep it closed.
Example North and South Korea.
I hope isrsel won't allow any more work permits after the workers helped Hamas on October 7th and collected information while inside Israel.
Making them a security risk.

Well said! Knowledge of international law is important. Unfortunately, many young people (who are now protesting against Israel) do not have that and therefore fall for these lies spread about Israel. The charge of genocide is perverted and twisted, may common sense eventually prevail.

Why will Israel not allow any form of investigation into Oct7 including filing no formal charges against Hamas in any world court?
a) international forensic experts have been involved in the retrieval and identification process of the victims. b) Hamas can't be sued or tried in front of the ICC because only legal entities that have signed the relevant conventions can be sued and tried. Hamas hasn't, so they can't be held liable. There are other ways, but for that the war needs to be over so information and evidence can be collected. Like the tribunals after WW2, or the tribunals following the Rwanda genocide, or the tribunals following the Balkan wars , for example regarding the Srebrenica massacre.
All of them took place after the fact, some years after, because first you have to collect enough evidence, then catch the one who organised it (very hard to prove anything concrete with regard to small fish due to the mess such massacres are) and then go to trial. That's why.

The ICJ itself hasnt reconvened and when I watched the last sitting they deffinately said "South Africa presented evidence that indicated the IDF was plausably commiting genocide based on that evidence" now given no one involved in that case has spoken on the subject except to Israel directly as they where given conditions to meet and no details of that contact have been made public.
Everything this woman has to say on the subject is just her opinion Barrister or not.

I read South Africas 28 pages of evidence and watched the hours of ICJ court proceedings Israel has been requested to submit evidence proving iy is not engaged in Genocidal acts in Gaza.
Now I am not a Barrister but watching about 5 to 6 hours a day of various media on Israel I don't see any change in Israels action or intent.
But as I said Israels interactions with the court have not been made public.
Over 80 percent of the media that is not absolutely biased towards Israel say there is definately war crimes being committed and a strong case for genocide.
This Barrister is very pro Israel I have watched many of her interviews.
