All of these methods only work temporarily for me, so i went ahead and reset my console while keeping games and apps then reconnect the controller from setup screen now it works like a charm after signing back in.
Yea they say to do that but when you disconnect by batteries, pairing, seeing if there’s an update, and all this doesn’t help my Xbox series x controller still is flashing randomly saying reconnect controller when it’s still on and then flashes after the message goes away
Yo this is happening to me and gf xbox controllers after the newest xbox update. I get the same message and randomly flashing and etc. with xbox headphones in you can head the audio get worse before it disconnects and reconnects it’s self before slowing get worse again over time.
It’s literally a whole scheme they have implemented a Bluetooth bug and have been slowly releasing it for the past year across the country. It’s now a issue with the majority of Xbox one players sadly. And of course we can’t prove it but if other companies have already been caught doing it like APPLE and SONY then why wouldn’t Microsoft do it just in a sneakier way, and over time…. It’s all a big corporate scheme unfortunately
But with that being said just turn your box off and unplug it and plug it back in and start it up with your controller! That will force the Bluetooth to recognize your device again at least for awhile
What if your controller turns on but won't function at all. I just bought a new console that came with controller 2 weeks ago and I am having this issue
I found a solution to this after none lf the online solutions worked for me: What i found was that my controller does-not-like being physically around anything. So if i play with the coffee table in front/nearby my controller, itll disconnect. If i have my controller behind an object (say, my legs), or hovering over the table, same thing. So now i play with absolutely nothing in-between the space that exists between my xbox and the controller, and with as little as possible around both. Like k say, it was the only thing that worked for me after spending months and multiple pads trying to solve it.
I read that it could be Bluetooth devices around the Xbox or even Wi-Fi routers or anything like that, I completely moved my stuff away from everything, my tv sits on the ground and so do I, it works for awhile but does it again eventually, I also live in an apartment and it don’t happen late at night, so maybe the people under or above me have a Wi-Fi router or Bluetooth device right above my Xbox and it could try to sync to that, in my opinion that’s what it COULD BE, but I’m selling it anyways, it’s not worth this headache I work 120 hours a week and wanna play a few games and I never can, switching to PlayStation, I never had one so this will be new
@@MythicYetiiiiiisame issue except I can’t move my wifi router anywhere since I have a screw in one. Could be another Xbox in the apartment but I feel like Microsoft should of solved that issue a long time ago.

I tried the other controller I had an it did connect to my Xbox and is working good, but the other control I’m not sure but the controller might be out or something it connects and then disconnects right after
I get the disconnects when I use the wired connection. Am I supposed to rest something to use wire versus wireless? I was trying to get rid of lag on wireless connection
@@edwindavalos3051 I say look into a PC. Ps5 is overpriced as hell. $500 console, $70 controllers, $70 games, and then you to pay $80 a year to play online, you can’t keep any of the games you get when you have PlayStation plus, and most games require online to even play solo, my ps5 is just a Fortnite and single player machine and most of the single players are stale open world games. So I’m getting rid of that once GTA 6 comes to PC. But maybe that isn’t a big deal for you and you can afford it, then yeah the ps5 is an ok console, the controller issue isn’t even a thing there. Personally I love PC gaming and think is the best way to play games, but is not simple as turning on my Xbox was and just casually playing on your TV.
If you're having problems even turning on your series x after a day or so of having the console on stand-by, is because you're using the front usb to charge things. Instead, use the back usb ports to charge your lithium devices.
There is a problem with gamepads, that is, there is an xss console with two new gamepads that during the game suddenly sometimes turn off, lose the signal at a distance and have noise with wheezing in game chats, there are also two old gamepads from xos that do not have such problems at all. I bought a third new gamepad but encountered the same problem. Updating the console and gamepads, resetting settings, turning off all nearby devices did not solve the problem (usb cable the gamepad works fine)
Lightly and gently bend the batter spring clamps in controller for tighter better contact. Fixed a red controller last year. And now a new yellow this year. Just gently expand batter clamp. I broke one off before so gently!
None of this works

I have tried everything it seams to happen on Fallout 4 after the new update.
Now I've reached an amusing point. It's PERFECTLY FINE on my Xbox, out of nowhere, without an update. After 3+ months of hell! 🤔😤😂
