Hi, Jazz. I use the flosser thing everyday. It is actually an amazing alternative to the regular floss. Here are a few tips:
1. You need to bend your head right above the sink so the water won't shoot in the mirror
2. Put the nozzle closer to your teeth, so that you will know what you're doing without a mirror
3. Use the soft mode, it's recommended for beginners
You'll get used to it if you keep practicing. Have a great day :)
Water floaters are not an appropriate alternative to traditional flossing. They should be done in conjunction.

OH MY GOSH. The water flosser you had me in stitches. I’m a dental nurse and I’ve had to show all my dental team this video. I couldn’t stop laughing. We use an ultrasonic scaler at work not a water flosser lol! Also we don’t tend to recommend water flossers all that much for this exact reason😂😂

Water picks are awesome! You are supposed to close your mouth most of the way and let the water run out of your mouth. I just put the tip against my gums, so I can feel my way around my mouth. My dentist has told me my gums look great every since I started using one.
It is for colds and you have to keep your mouth open cause when you close it or speak it goes down your throat.
I love using those things whenever I have a cold
These are also great when you suffer from allergies all year round. I often have to do a sinus rinse in peak pollen season. It feels horrendous the first couple of times, but, now it doesn’t bother me at all. You have to keep your mouth open, as you say Susen, and kinda shut off the back off your throat!! 🤗
