    MY MORNING ROUTINE:
    *Alarm -5.am
    *Meditation half an hour
    *Taking silambam class for students 6.15 to 7.20
    *7.30 to 8am read books
    *8am get ready for school
    Then, Evening workout. This is my morning routine.

      ​​@@uniqgarlanz9535 good gym is not necessary below 18 or even 20 just play some sport because gym takes lot of time it's hard to balance between gym and studies all out of experience I'm saying.

    Don't get complicated...
    Sleep well for 8hrs a day
    Don't skip breakfast for any cause
    Have a good meal with veggies
    Eat before 8pm night
    Have one coffee and one tea in a day with low sugar
    Workout for atleast 7 mins a day
    If you have heavy meal before the day continue 5 times of 7 min
    Read atleast two pages a day
    Travel as you like in a month
    Go for good movie in a month
    Love what you do
    That's it
    It makes life beautiful

    1.4.50 a.m my alarm time.. But most of the time I would wake up before 30 minutes..
    2.hot coffee with lemon (without sugar)
    3. Surya namaskar 10 sets, 10 minutes of yoga and meditation and breathing exercises.
    4. Preperation for my online fitness classes(taking online fitness classes for the past two years).
    5. 8.30 getting ready and go to school (Physical education teacher).
    6.evening 45 minutes of relaxed walk .
    7.7 to 8 reading (currently reading the book EXERCISED by Daniel E.Lieberman)
    8. Light dinner aur 8.00
    9. Go to sleep at 9.30

    5-6 AM walking
    6.30-7.00AM helping my mom in kitchen(vegtable chopping/ dishwash)
    7. 00 - 7.30 AM home cleaning

    And poojai for half an hour, that's my mental relief ❤🌟

    Scl then
    No routine at eve, will do just what I like but i don't sleep at eve
    Then 💤 at 11pm 😊

    My Morning Routine
    Wake up at 9am , again sleep till 9:30
    Get ready by 10:15am, Breakfast at 10:30.
    Work till 9pm.. Use UA-cam shorts or videos Fb till 11:30pm..sleep at 1am...
    Ofcourse getting diverted in between as well watching shorts!!
    lazy life in a Nutshell!!!!!!

During the morning routine I think my work tasks,job pressure peak on that time especially in in between sets,meditation time. If no morning routine there is no think these thinks. sleep peacefully at morning.Please share your opinion on that day.
