Wake up at 5:00 Newspaper delivery 5:40 Coming back to home 7:00 Going to school 8:00 Coming back at 5:00 Resting time till 7:00 Gym till 8:30 Dinner till 9:00 Studying:10:00 Repeat

Don't get complicated... Sleep well for 8hrs a day Don't skip breakfast for any cause Have a good meal with veggies Eat before 8pm night Have one coffee and one tea in a day with low sugar Workout for atleast 7 mins a day If you have heavy meal before the day continue 5 times of 7 min Read atleast two pages a day Travel as you like in a month Go for good movie in a month Love what you do That's it It makes life beautiful
