I would advise choosing BPP. They are a platinum learning tuition provider opposed to LearnSignal is only being gold. These ratings are made for a reason, LearnSignal's exam practice application is useless, if you use that, you might fail your exam. BPP has the best tutors and learning materials. Their exam practice application is quite similar to ACCA's Practice Platform. If you book the Taught, Revision and Mock exam modules (it's really expensive) and you fulfill the marks requirements, you will gain lifetime pass assurance (taking the same paper for free until you pass).
I personally subscribed to LearnSignal as per your recommendation, and I still think they are the best provider for my specific scenario (I work a full time job, which may even require overtime sometimes😬). I love that the modules as bite sized and they also provide a learning plan. I am still at the early modules, and it feels a bit too concise for me, so I supplement it with reading materials on the ACCA study hub.

It's nothing like the ACCA's official exam platform and it just confuses students. By reaching the real exam, students MUST be confident using the platform, otherwise they will "pay" with their precious time. I also tried out the LearnSignal's free trial period and I was not satisfied with the depth of content, so decided to stick to BPP. BPP's materials are superb, though they are quite expensive. I think it's better to pass sooner rather than struggling with LearnSignal.
