The black light of corruption and abuse of position in public office shines the brightest. While the city needs bridges, schools, hospitals, better public transportation road and waterworks repairs our greedy and thieving mayor shares the loot with his buddies and "cousins" on useless projects like this. Sure it is pretty - but something that actually serves the citizens of Zagreb would be so much prettier - alas, it does not pay into his retirement fund. Hope he rots in jail along with his companions.
