I'm telling you this just because me and my dad were very close just like you two. all I'm trying to say is i wish i could do this with my dad so just make the most that you can out of this because you never know when its too late. much love, matt

I would suggest trying the chocolate bhutla which is a pepper that is super hot I would recommend trying it out in small doses first and is sometimes super hard to find so could you try to add that on your list
