Nickel is usually the coating with copper. I know this because copper swags (for wire) had nickel coating. With nickel coated swages in the weather you don’t get copper oxidation giving that green appearance. That injector sure is “eaten away”, I guess from the high compression, heat/combustion. I’ve heard stuck injectors (from leaking seat) is called “Black Death”.
