LSGs don't typically kill thier animals, but they can't leave dead things laying around to attract predators. Bear's just doing his job. Good dog!
That’s what I was thinking. That he was actually showing it to him. Our LSG does that. Even if it’s a dead mouse, that the chickens kill. She will get it, and bring it to us.lol good dogs!
@@wordswritteninred7171 l)l)lllll.lllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
Ok, at the risk of sounding like a dumdum, what is meant by the TLA you just used to refer to that adorable puppy dog?
@@safetymikeengland TLA? Did you mean LSG? LSG means livestock guardian dog. There are different breeds who fall under the category.
I love the goats. The colors are striking. The solids are as beautiful. There is nothing like babies for cute! 🤗🐐
Bear looked like he was making you aware bless him
Bear was bringing you a gift. Baby is beautiful. And healthy too. Her mom is a beauty too. It’s amazing how they all are born with a variety of colors and spots! You always have a good group of goats... and farm animals.
If Bear would have killed it, he would have eaten it. I highly suspect he didn't kill it. Sometimes ducks drop over dead for no reason. I've had it happen. Sometimes a hawk will hit it and loose it because the duck is too heavy for it, so the duck runs off undercover and dies from the impact. I've had that happen more than a few times. Likely Bear found it under a bush and doesn't know what to do with it...SO his solution "Hey dad, hey dad, we have a problem here." (Stuff ducks in your face to make sure you see the problem).
I train dogs who have killed birds or livestock and 99% of them don't eat the prey. Unless the dog is hungry which is very uncommon. I doubt bear killed it though because of the way it's body looks. Bear probably would have plucked some feathers and bit off the head.
Just too bad animals can't talk.
I enjoy the videos showing all the animals during a normal day of chores. The baby goats are so cute.
Thanks for the shout out! We had a blast wheeling with you guys.
Daniel I have never seen a goat like your black spotted one. She is absolutely gorgeous. Her baby is so precious. Love you I very much enjoy your videos. 😁
AWW,he brought you a gift. He is just the sweetest pup.
The baby goats are so cute. You do such a good job of caring for your animals. Really like your channel. I live in north Alabama. I am a retired 77 yr. old lady
Oh My Goodness! That baby goat is the most Beautiful little boy! I will totally buy him if you want to sell him when you're ready! I Love just Him!
Houston's Goat is the most beautiful goat and her little Billy is adorable!
love all the baby goats I allways look forward to baby goats every year
My son is the BIGGEST fan of your channel! He is an aspiring farmer and would love to have goats. We have chickens, but I hope to add goats in the spring. We are in NY and its snowy and I wouldn't want to add any more animals until the weather breaks. Too bad you're not closer, we could get one of yours! My son would love that!! We just love watching you guys. Thank you and bless you and your family!
Bear is the sweetest dog ever! He totally worships you. I think he found the duck and brought it to you to see if you could fix it. Sweet boy!🐶
I love watching the new kids that are born and all the kids on the farm
Hi.... Daniel, thank you for showing your video homestead 👋 bye 👋 bye 👋 bye 👋 👕🏡🎥👍👍👍
"Look dad!! I'm a retriever!"
He looked soooo proud of himself! 😂😂🤣🤣 Atta boy Bear! 🥰🥰
Lol❤️
He did! And he wanted to give dad a present, but dad yelled at him. He said humans are impossible to figure out!
So true! 😊
Sorry for the loss of Skip's baby. It was so cold that day, I was afraid it wouldn't make it. Sorry about the duck too. Maybe this spring there'll be some baby ducks!!! Can't wait to see Freedom's baby. God bless y'all
Bear was doing what a garden dog is supposed to do, not leave a reason for another animal to come find the duck
I had a dog just like Bear. So smart. I loved that dog. He could do no wrong
Stop blaming Bear for stuff. He no more hurt Earl . Something did and Bear did what dogs do by checking him out and got blood on himself. You knew the duck was dead , why didn't you get up then? Bear hasn't hurt Earl since. And for one last thing. You used to bet on him in a lot of videos. I don't see you or anyone showing him love. He needs love. He adores you. You trust him with your goats but think he may have hurt Earl? Come on now. Now you pet the cute cows and not Bear. Send him my way. I love him. I still love you and DJ and family but spread the love Daniel.
agree. I don't like how he treats Bear since the Earl thing. Even the Vet said Earl was attacked by something smaller like a racoon.
That little buck is adorable and mama looks like she is doing great. Bear was just protecting the dead duck.
All the baby goats are really cute! I don’t understand how anyone could be angry with you when the one little weak goat passed. I saw that video. You did all yo could do to help it! It’s just par for the course when farming animals. Some are going to be strong survivors, while sometimes you have ones that aren’t as strong. Daniel you are beyond good to all of your animals! You truly care, and it shows! I enjoy watching you and your family with all of your animals. Keep on doing what you do.
Some people live in a bubble that doesn't allow then to accept reality. They have no idea what happens on a real farm but decide to comment to tell others that live the life how or what they should have done. If they think about it for even a minute, they could understand the reality but instead they just comment. You are right, Daniel did everything he could to help! We do the same thing but sometimes you lose one. Sometimes it's a numbers game. If you have one baby born on the farm, you're probably good. When you have 20, or 50, etc., you're probably gone a lose one or two! They don't understand how strong Daniel's herd actually is because of the way he kids. 😊
@@zioncreekfarm I wish autopsy could have been done to see if it could happen again in the future such as birth defects or if it is an illness.
@@petthequeenofmaddness8592 That’s not cheap. Whatever happened, was not caused by something that was done wrong. So what difference does it make? Good food. Plenty of shelter. Attention. Fight parasites. And let life happen. Death, is a part of life.
@@zioncreekfarm yeah the proof it was nothing he did, is because of all the healthy goats he has. The more you have, you are raising the odds, of having some not make it. That’s just life.
@@wordswritteninred7171 I'm saying internal issues like organs or blood. I know its expensive that's why I said I wish. genes are weird and can skip a kid but still be there.
All the babies are adorable! Maybe DeJay could get some pictures and make a calendar with the different animals on it or put pictures on a shirt!
That would be great including for the clothes!
Bear didn’t kill that duck ,he just wanted you to see it . If he was the killer he would have been killing them sooner than now . That’s a beautiful baby goat , he’ll be a great money maker and breeder buck .
Great to see Earl running around, and looking like he's doing great.
When my mom was young they had a spaniel. She brought a dead bird in the house and hid it under the sofa cushions, wouldn't let anyone near it! 😂 Glad Bear released the duck.
That is the cutest baby goat I've ever seen! Sorry for the loss of the duck. Glad the mama goat is doing good with the baby.
Good evening to Arms Family Homestead and all others too. Bear might of found the duck dead coming back showing you.
Bear was framed by EARL !!!! :)
We love Bear!
Enjoyed watching bear with the duck in his mouth, it was like here's a present 🤣🤣 all the baby goats are beautiful 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 thank you for sharing have a wonderful evening 😊😊
He found it and wanted you to know
Always soothing watching u and the Animals. Luv it even more when the kids r busy on the farm, so cute. Thank u for sharing!
You have some beautiful little kids there Daniel. Thank you for your prayers, Stephen had a successful 11 hr surgery on Monday, He will have an MRI tomorrow Wed to see if they managed to remove enough of the tumour to start chemotherapy.
Don't blame everything on Bear,he is a good watchdog.Earl is looking good and running around,I enjoy watching the baby goats, also the video with Lester is so funny.
Glad you included your son playing basketball. Loved seeing all the animals.
I don’t think Bear killed that duck. I think he was just bringing it to you so you could see it
Having animals around has an immeasurable impact on children. Not only do they develop a sense of kindness, they also develop a sense of responsibility to take care of them. They also learn how to control pain by holding and stroking them. They will also learn about life through death, which will come one day. As you can see, there are many positive aspects to interacting with animals, and we should definitely try to include them whenever possible.💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Considering their goats are meat goats the children know all about animals dying. Plus they are hunters. I notice you post this comment word for word a lot. Why?
Just might have some birds of prey flying around on your farm. You did show us a Bald Eagle awhile back. Hawks are very capable and notorious for killing small mallard ducks and often lack the ability to get airborne with them. Did you check for talon marks on the duck? Guardian animals wont hurt other animals intentionally.
My pet duck was killed by an eagle. Made me so mad. And they did not even eat her! 😩
I don't think bear killed the duck. I think he brought it to show so you were aware. . Just my opinion 🤷
I absolutely love the sound of a farm it’s so peaceful
That was such a beautiful kid that was in the feed trough with its Mama. 🥰
I'm new to your channel and enjoy your down to earth personality and all the animals on your farm. You have some beautiful goats and their babies. If I still had my land I would be adding goats to the animals I had had. I raised African Gray geese, assorted ducks, chickens, white peacocks and the normal blue ones. They were all my babies and raised for pleasure. Thank you for bringing wonderful memories to mind.
What a cute baby kid 🤗 his markings are awesome. Earl looks happy glad he has healed! Sorry for the loss of your duck. I'm thinking Bear was just bringing it to you.
Where's Jema haven't seen her for a few videos? 👋😊🇺🇸✌❤ Take care until next time & God Bless you & everyone🥰🤗
I had a horse that hated cats tried to stomp on them and protected his pet hen, even let her make nest in his hay & eat his oats
Why is it with horses and hens? My mom's horses sleep with the hens by their side, lol.
Enjoy watching your footage for four years now. Keep up the good work , your family is great.
That baby boy is so handsome she definitely gave you a beautiful baby boy I agree he is remarkable. God bless yall
Hi 👋 sherry, how are you doing?
We got 1 to 2 feet of snow in our NY State area as well as mike morgan. It's in the 20s. Weve been blessed so far but WINTER is officially here in NY!!!
Thats amazing she is able to feed 4 babies! Good momma.
I had a dog that found our bunny that was hit by a car and he kept digging it up and bringing it home. He didn't kill it but kept doing this until we buried it when he felt it belonged. Right near it's coop. It was sad and sweet that he wanted his friend home. 😔
Your babies are all beautiful. The one you lost probably made it longer because you worked so hard to help it. She was so tiny and may have had issues you couldn’t see.
Bear was so proud of himself bringing you the duck. LOL
Hello 👋dear, how are you doing?
I have my dads 78 f-150 that has 35,000 miles. He would never trade it in, and it sat mostly in the garage it's whole life unless he went to the work, the store or fishing. Red/white/red. runs and drives great.
That little guy looks healthy and strong build. He would make a good breeding Buck. for someone.
You should keep him to breed your goats
I really love your farm, homestead. It reminds me of ours. You can relate to us. And I love that you also run them all together. I would love to share some photos sometime
Love her spots! She is a good looking goat! Baby is sweet too. Can't wait to see him grow.
Before you get another male alpaca, remove rufus from them having no shared boundary fence. We used to breed alpacas with a herd of over 300. Try to get a 2 year old or buy a younger 1 now. Good luck.
Skips baby is an exact twin of her, but with that bright white cap. The quads are just beautiful from the white and tan to the tweed color to the darker ones.... I love the triplets as well, my fave is the white eared one. So cute.
For one day old, that’s a huge baby goat!
Call Bear, “duck breath!” 😂🤣
I love to see all the baby goats. They are so cute. Good luck to Weston today.
Oh that little buck kid with 2 solid white front feet and 2 black back feet. That's an amazing combo.
You could show me baby goats all day every day and I would be happy. They are all so cute!
Really unique markings on the baby goat.
All the babies are adorable.
Thanks for sharing.
When you said “dream truck” you threw me for a loop. I am headed to the National Roadster Show next week in Pomona, CA to honor my father who created the “dream truck”. Look it up, possibly still the most photographed vehicle in automotive history. My father passed last year but the dream truck lives to this day. My father was editor of rod and custom magazine - Spencer Murray. Last time I checked the dream truck was on loan to the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Museum. Always enjoy your channel.
Great update Daniel, that baby goat is beautiful and thanks for sharing! 👏👏👏👍👍👍💯💯💯
Watching and liking ur videos for about 2 years now but please lighten up on bear. I'd take him if you ever thought about getting rid of him ❤️. He's an outdoor dog and definitely loves to see you. Wish you would show the same to him. He probably gets lonely and that's why he so excited to see you. O and I'm sure he has probably protected ur farm more than you think. Ps baby goat so cute
Daniel, all of those kids look fantastic. I know why it is fun to watch the antics of those little kids--mighty cute. It's fun to watch the feeding, especially when the mini herfords and donkey poodles are fed. I'll be interested in checking out the F150 on Speed Bump Garage. Thanks for the update on the goat population.
Looks like ole Bear has some bird dog in him lol. Great retriever! Like you said there's no blood or bite marks so I'm sure Bear just found it and brought it to you for a duck revival.
Bear had that look on his face with the duck in his mouth as if saying, I found one of the duck's dead and I wanted you to know or don't be mad at me for accidentally killing one of the duck's while I was playing with him. That new baby goat is pretty handsome and not shy at all. You can use him to breed your other goats when he gets of age.
How could you not like baby goats. Such cuties
I am enjoying your family and babies . I am so glad I found you through Lester and his family and babies. I enjoy watching and learning ❤️
Daniel, as soon as you mentioned Kent over at Speed Bump Garage and the 78 ford pickup barn find, I stopped your video and went over and watched the video on getting that truck home. That is a very clean truck!! Before I came back to finish your video, I subscribe to Speed Bump Garage. The new little buck is very pretty!! Yep, look’s like it’s time for a feed store run!! Poor little ducky!!

All the baby goats are adorable. All the mommy's taking very good care of their babies. Sorry about the duck. Hope ya'll have a wonderful evening. Love you guys.
All of the babies are looking good! You have beautiful does that's for sure! It's nice to see that Earl is doing better.
Here in Vermont it is still -2 degrees in the early mornings and sometimes gets up to the high teens low 20's. Wish we could get into the 60's LOL!!!
Steve is so funny. And Bear is a good job. And so cute with the Golden Retriever act.
My goodness, Daniel! That baby goat 🐐 is adorable; they all are! Good luck at the basketball 🏀 game! Have a Blessed Night 😊
Love ❣️ u all & ur animals...I miss my farm so much.
Want one of your red & black hoodies too some day.
God bless you guys 🙂 & all them kid goats are beautiful ❤️🦋.
Those videos you and Lester did of each other were hilarious! They are the reason I subscribed here on UA-cam to you guys. I bet a few others did the same. Lester is fun and silly and passionately loves his animals with every fiber of his being. We look forward to that to help shake off the ills of this world and escape for a few minutes. Anyway, now I'm looking forward to getting to know what you all are about, too.
Aww. So cute. He's a gem.
Hello from Texas 75" Wow that baby billy goat. Love listening to talk about your animals. Love your videos and your chanel. Love Nana 75"

Makes me happy
Some of the cutest baby goats I’ve ever seen 🐐
My brother found a 1925 Ford the same way in a field abandoned rebuilt and its beautiful
Dogs are scavengers, he could have found it already dead
Both of my dogs liked to roll in dead stuff. Talk about stinky.
I absolutely love watching your videos because you love your animals so much
You should come down to Cleveland ,"We" got #3 feet of Snow an will be getting more of it.
Hello Daniel and the Arm's Family ❤ thank you for sharing this video of you on a beautiful God's day. I'm just getting back to your page because I've been in the VA Hospital in Miami since December 27th 2021 and am getting to go home today January 20th 2022. I'm so looking forward to getting back to watch your videos. Looks like God is still blessing you and your family. 👍🏻❤🙏🇺🇲
Another most enjoyable go around the farm Daniel.
When I saw the animals gathered together, so beautiful, and the scenery of the trees in the background, I thought what a Heaven sent of Gods creation.

All them babies are so cute . Great color. Looks like they are waiting for some hay some food.... I thought you got rid of bear?
Hello 👋dear, how are you doing?
Yup love those old cars with little mileage on them. 1964 corvair 73,000 1964 galaxie 500 91,000. Both had been garaged since the 70’s
Enjoyed your video Daniel. Thanks, 🇨🇦
Aww so many cute baby goats 😊 Spot had a pretty billy. I live his brown color. Glad you and Houston got to atleast go fishing. Sorry no cook and clean. God bless ❤
All those babies are all so cute! I just want to reach through my screen & pet them.
Your baby goats have such cute markings!
“Come on goats” makes me giggle! You are too funny. And yes your baby goats are gorgeous. Have a Blessed day
Good morning ☀️
Bear wanted so much for you to be proud of him that he brought you a duck 🤗🤗🥰
I know he's just curious, but I think Earl's goal is to get stomped out by a goat! Living dangerously in 2022 🤣
I love that mama looked at Earl, then touched her baby with her nose, then looked back at Earl with the death gaze like fool around find out 😠
He really is a beautiful buck. Thanks for another great video 😊
Those babies are so cute and precious it just blows me away
