Thats about the same speed I ride my 2015 ttr 230 up in the southern california mountians, I just like to pretty much explore on mine and take some scenic pics, I like the fual mileage because I like to ride 2 or 3 hours at a time and back to camp for burgers potato salad chips & dip and a cold beer.
Great job man. I ride a 17 300 XC-W in B class. Picking up 16 230 for fun and trail work days next Saturday.
250F now out with more power and potential. I think you will start seeing the new 250 in races.
I wish your cam was pointed 10* upward!
I know, rookie mistake! It bothers me too.
U should try the chin mount on ur helmet

Hey! That's cool! Is there anywhere in NC to trail ride though? I am thinking about getting a CRF230F and I need to find more places to ride it.
ColeRiding Brown Mountain and Brushy Mountain are pretty good places.
Haha that's awesome! Did you get a lot of double takes? Were you on the only trail bike in the race?
For the most part, yes. I think I saw a ttr230 at one point in a different class. The kids classes have a few more trail bikes.
will you be doing any sorcs races?
+connor allen Maybe. Most of those are several hours away so they would require a little more planning than the local ones in NC.
