I live near Port Tampa and i can hear the train horn after 21:00. A few months ago, i chased it as it went northeast toward Tampa. I parked on Polk Street and stood only a few feet away as it rolled slowly through Downtown Tampa.
West Florida Fire Trucks I believe Wednesday thru Sunday. Usually runs anytime between 5:30 and 7:30 PM and doesn't return till usually around midnight or early morning.
