I would say a 300ml would fit in comfortably as you have the zipped pocket at the back. My recommendation would be to look at something like Decathlon shorts that have a built in waistband that can carry water too. I did a review a few weeks back - let me know if you can't find it and I'll link it 😊
@@jlhuk52 yeah, I hear you. I'd check the shorts out, they are so good. Y you can carry two 150ml flasks which is perfect for a few hours of running depending on the weather. Cheers for watching!
Not in terms of it sticking or breaking. Still perfect after many years. I just find the angle slightly awkward, but you get used to it! Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@IRunDaily Thank you very much. If you wouldn't mind, could you link me this product? And maybe in the description too for other people. I couldn't find it on either Amazon or their own website.

Hi Jason, it would certainly do the job, depending on what you were looking to carry. Easily enough for the gels you'd need. Assuming there would be water stations on the course, you should be OK. I did a 2 hour plus run today with it on and carried 4 gels, my phone, a go pro and some keys...plenty of space! Alternatively, you could look at some storage shorts. I have reviewed and used some good options from Decathlon that might be of interest to consider. Thanks for watching - it's appreciated!
@@IRunDaily Hay mate just got it don't no if feel tad tight?. Feel ok ish but putting on hard a tiny. I'm large in shorts. Would you of gone large on belt?.
@@jasoncooper1898 hi Jason. I'm a medium for shorts and have a medium for the belt. I'd say go large if you are a large for the shorts. It should feel like an extra waistband like your shorts really
We all really appreciate gear reviews!!! Especially as they're not cheap either so it's expensive to make mistakes!
It's a great belt - still use mine very regularly!
DGR! Thanks for the review!

Handy review. Thanks!
You're welcome - it's a great product and well worth a buy!
Good review but am keen to know if it will fit a 300/500ml softflask as well as phone?

Cool will have a look, thanks for the recommendation. I just want a lighter alternative to my Salomon pack for shorter runs.

ty, bro. Greeting from Mexico
De nada!
How easy is it to get phone out and in with this belt? To change music etc? And how does that aspect compare with the flipbelt?
Hi there - it's really easy to get out. The pouch is elasticated and the opening is nice and wide. I have no issues at all getting my phone out.

What size did you go for? I'm like a 31-32 inch waist
I went medium and I'm a 32 inch waist on a good day 😉
