I have Chef Nicholas' Craftsy classes, You Tube tutorials and the usb collection, not to mention most of Flower Pro moulds, instruction books, etc., but I was not able to purchase the online courses (felt I'd spent waaay too much as mentioned!). This is a mixture of wonderful and so dreadfully sad. Chef Nicholas Lodge is so very sadly missed. Having a "new" video of his popping up just caused such a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. I had replied in his Facebook Flower Pro group that a David Austin tutorial would be great when he was asking what people may like him to do. And here it is, but we can't thank him. He was so clever and his tutorials are second to none.
Yes, we are posting a tutorial every Friday throughout August. This video was originally filmed as a livestream for the Flower Pro Members Club. In collaboration with Chef Nicholas' partner, Scott, we've made the decision to offer the remaining master classes for free over the course of the next 12 months.
