His shyness makes him so adorable, you can see Michael felt a bit uncomfortable around other "mainstream" adult men, the way he blocks his face with his hair. He was such a vulnerable and sensitive person in so many ways and was dragged through hell on this earth 😞😢
Michael was a victim of abuse from childhood until even here, at this point, everyone around him here including Michael himself had read, thousands of times in newspapers, that his face was falling off. That was the joke they constantly printed, so if course Michael is going to be insecure about his face, hes constantly being bullied by the press about it. His shyness is really him hoping the other people aren't thinking negative about him, when you're THAT famous and constantly made the butt of jokes by the press, You're just hoping people see the good in you and not believe the trash that's sensationalized for profit. It's crazy most people think Jackson was only abused as a child, but he was abused monthly, year after year, by the press. They saw they sell more papers with him on the cover and the press said, this guy sells, this is our guy.📰🤦♂️😥

I was one of the lucky ones in 2002. Five days at Neverland 🤯. It was supposed to only be a weekend, so MJ's staff even had to do my laundry. Surreal from start to finish (and I'm nobody special; I just happened to be friends with Chris Tucker before he was famous and we called ourselves "working" there.)

Michael had neverland opened to the public, fans, and friends very often. Schools and kid from different charities or organizations use to come. Many people stayed even when he wasn’t there! It was pretty much a public attraction. I mean he had an amusement park!
You can see he still had difficulty opening up....with one word answers and not too sure in terms of interacting with others

Seph, I don't know if you've already planned to do it down the line but I cannot highly enough recommend watching the movie "The Jacksons: An American Dream", the TV film about the Jacksons' life. It's genuinely just a wonderful entertaining movie with a great story of itself, besides just being relevant to the Jacksons.

I don't think so. He was nice and had no problem in doing this stuff, if you watch the 1988 documentary The Legend Continues he did a similar thing and invited 3 lucky fans for a tour at his home, he was just shy.
