well no, it will always follow the commands of its "summoner" and there are many things it is unable to do, such as when he was assigned to kill bin laden, he didn't because he stated that he was unable to, heck it can't even give you a free car. he has been shown to even kill himself is asked to and has regular human durability and survivability. a gunshot or stab wound could finish him off easily and no one ever said he had fighting skills, only that he was able to kill a d class via a knife and technically, safe doesn't mean that the certain anomaly is, well, safe, its saying that it is rather easy to contain, not needing any other people to watch over it or doesn't need any real guarding so overall, it is pretty weak in most cases and cant really even stand a chance to any scp personnel (maybe during a different circumstance), it does have its limitations and even d class could kill it

I'd definitely recommend you to get the scouts voice to help out in these types of sfm. Otherwise i recommend making full on scp sfms with models and all because I believe it's an untapped part of youtube

SCP is a fictional organization that does that contaians and/or protect diferent kind of paranormal entities and objects. This one for example is divided between the bell and the person (-1 and-2 respectivly). Their name means Secure Contain Protect If you want to see more of this search the wili there is a TON of SCP
In this animation. It definitely seems that Mr deeds enjoy performing certain tasks over others, even when he'll forget it either way. Regardless, once a task is done. He'll be back at his starting emotional state.
I actually won't trust Soldier to work at the Foundation. You know what... The Foundation would try to contain him instead. For he is American Eagle. Soaring the sky and Market Gardening anything in his way.
