I played this song for my father who was blind in the nursing home. He loved it. He left me in November of 2018. I miss my Mama & Daddy so. Mama died in 2020. Funny thing is when Daddy passed, he got up at 3 in the morning and got dressed. He was sitting up in the bed waiting for Jesus when he passed. He said when he saw Jesus to come get him, he wasnt coming back. I will grieve my parents until the day I die and go to heaven to be with them again. But God is good, I will see them again. 😭❤

I lost my dad to cancer 2 years ago. He loved to play guitar and sing too. Praise God for His grace. Praise God for wonderful earthly fathers.
They told us my brother had 10% chance to live,brain tumor,we started praying and asked 5 churches to help pray.He is now remembering stuff from when we were kids,no longer desires drink or smoke and wants to start church.Same Jesus is Who we’re praying to for you,may He bless and heal you.

You have my sincere sympathy. Cancer no longer has any effect on him, but I know in my heart that you sorely miss him, and you have my prayers. You are beautiful woman with a beautiful voice . When my dad was in his last days and couldnt open his eyes or respond i would go in and sing to him. No one knew but me and him. After he passed my nephew said, i had a dream about poppa last night. He wanted to tell you thank you for singing to him. My dad was a retired drill instructor and he was a TOTAL HARDASS. To say our relationship was rocky is an understatement.I the end he was just a tired, sick old man who needed me. I quit job and moved back home to help him. Everybody was telling what a great thing that was to do when in reality it was the only thing I would ever do. He was my father and needing me. I was doing that to glorify Gods name,not mine
