Oakville's Early History

April 7, 2015, Michael Brown spoke to the guests of Peter Watson Investments Lunch, Learn & Enjoy. Michael is an Oakville resident and a local playwright whose scripts deal with regional Canadian history. In 2005 he was awarded the prestigious Town of Oakville Community Spirit Award for Heritage & History, for his ongoing stage work. He has been on staff at the Oakville Museum at
Erchless Estate for the past nine years, and enjoys being a part of their “outreach service” that brings the stories of early Oakville out into the local community.
