City of Covington Bicentennial: Frank Turner & Twelve Oaks

In honor of the City of Covington's Bicentennial, the City is visiting various historical homes throughout Covington to learn a little more about their history. Frank B. Turner, retired City of Covington City Manager, was born and raised in Covington. He moved to the home that is now known as The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast when he was 10 years old. Take a trip down memory lane with Mr. Turner and learn how the home has changed throughout the years and what it was like to grow up in this iconic house!
