Just wanted to say thanks for what you are doing! SA is on my to do list for 2024. Through the Air Force I've had a chance to travel which opened my eyes to there's more options than American. This Planet is huge and people live and thrive across the globe. Every place has it's challenges, but as a black American I feel SA will provide me with more mental/financial/cultural peace which will drastically improve my quality of life. Still learning but can't wait to visit.
Its so exciting seeing black American people moving or investing here, and knowing how they are, South Africa is definitely the perfect home for them. There's plenty of luxury and world-class businesses here. Maybe you're reading this from Dallas, California or Virginia ..don't hesitate if you feel Africa is calling you.

Love your channel. Do you have real estate tours during the summer? Only asking because we don't have a baby sitter so the summer months are the only time we can go on vacation with our kids.
@@abongiledlova477 So, you are saying that black Americans are too broke to afford to live in the Western Cape? If they can afford to live in Steyn City, they can afford to live anywhere in SA. The people on these tours are not from Compton with no jobs, career or money.
@@chocon8818 you make a good point, the Blanton's must take them to Constantia or Camps Bay in Cape Town then, and I think they would surely like it there because I do.
OK so I really enjoy the content and will take another opportunity to elaborate butwe can't be watching 80% of the video looking at the road! Also some investment into microphones that other content providers use so we don't hear the wind and distant sound when interviewing.
African Americans will fit in perfectly in SA! AAs and Black SAs have almost the exact same kind of social etiquette and “Ubuntu”. Other nationalities and groups of people (even from the continent) don’t gel well with Black SAs because they lack Ubuntu and Black SAs have too much Ubuntu. From the numerous videos I’ve seen on YT of AAs in SA, it would seem that they are the perfect and most desirable fit
The Blantons, as a South African I love what you do , and I have been following you for years now..but must I honestly tell you that I have never seen you engage or show black real estate agents..I find it difficult that all these real estate tours I only see white real estate agents.why is that the case?
I noticed every real estate tour about South Africa are all about expensive houses beyond the reach of the average middle class. I'm just wondering if they build affordable houses for the middle class as well

@@ApostleCrypto Very out of point response. You don't seem to understand the comments. So middle class is defined as people looking for handout to you, right? English must not be your native language based on your obnoxious, irrelevant, dum and condescending response. Common sense should have dictated to you that with the level of unemployment in South Africa, most people can't afford those type of homes. You need more schooling and basic etiquette. Period!

A feast of sumptuous pleasuars to the heart body mind last but not the least the eyes. Well done to the channel the Real South Africa.
Beautiful property.
I think a university tour would be helpful for those who have children approaching or in higher education
That penthouse is R33,6 million damn. Thats $1.8 million. The cheapest property in steyn city though is R1.9 m ($ 110k).
Did I hear Mark say Grootman at 16:06?
Maybe 🤔
Drop money
Please do Serengeti golf estates next time ,wow I'm loving the real estate tour ❤
We did Serengeti on our 1st Real Estate Tour very nice place.
I think you need to find a videographer, someone focused on taking nice video.. This is not fair

Nah Western Cape property too expensive and thus lacks value which these ppl are looking for.

Great video, but those fast camera turns 🤢🤮
I was shocked to learn that the whole set of Gaggenau in that penthouse is at the same cost of someone's house.
Love the video! What are the average home prices and can you own the houses or is it just a lease?
You can own property here of course
Also do "eye of Africa" almost similar to Steyn city but located in the south
Steyn city is the largest and most luxurious than eye of Africa
