Its so good, its made me look at things I've done all my life and realise how wrong I'd been doing them! Absolute gem of a human being and a gem of a channel.

I actually talked to Mitchie randomly in dm’s about why he was so emotionless after he landed it. He basically told me that it was just so much emotion inside him that happened so fast he just couldn’t appropriately process it at that time. But he told me he was very happy about it. But like stunned also at the same time. I love Mitchie he is so down to earth and it’s so sick that he actually replied to me on the gram just like he was a regular human being not the only person in the world who has landed a 1260.

I obviously did not talk to Mitchie or have ever met him or anything but that is exactly how I saw it as well. Im very willing to admit I may be wrong, but he just looked like he was so overwhelmed that he did the first one ever, in front of maybe millions of people (the ones there and the rest watching on tv etc.) and that’s not even mentioning the homies that were there as well. Then add that to the feeling of that MASSIVE of an accomplishment, it probably temporarily blew his own damn mind. He was so overwhelmed he prob didn’t even realize what he was doing.
TL;DR dude just did the gnarliest shit ever in front of a massive crowd and all his peers. He wasn’t being a dick. He was overwhelmed. And I don’t know many humans who wouldn’t be. Mitchie rules

And we don't even speak about the fact he did a sw 180 back casualy before it. Just that is insane.

It really is incredible that no one (to my knowledge) has even tried to do a 1260 since Mitchie landed it. Even he hasn't! And it was like 5 years ago. Cool to hear how much Clay admires him, and to hear a mega ramp skater exclaim how hard it is to do, makes the myth of the 1260 even more compelling!

well mitchie got silver for that so I think that speaks to skating not wanting to go that direction. which I think is better for the guy doing the spinning too, as we can appreciate it more when its a personal goal and not just the way to win contests.
