Ich kannte dieses Weihnachtslied noch nicht, aber es ging mir in dieser Interpretation unter die Haut. Der Klang der Flöten ist so wohltuend und harmonisch, besonders mit den tiefen Stimmen.

Indeed! I join a recorder ensemble with Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass, but it never sounds magnificent like the piece above. There is a technic how to blow into the flute. They all master the game !

A teacher told me once, you have to blow into the recorder, as you blow very gently a snow floc away. But there is way out more.
I knew some professionals, which could explain you more details about playing the flute!! 🪈!! 😮

In the bleak midwinter, frosty wind made moan,
