no, on neujahrskonzert they play solely from the wiener philharmonic's school of artists like the strauss family and helmesberger, not artists from other schools.
If Beethoven was sitting in the front row of the audience... Beethoven: "Play faster!" Concert master to the conductor: "What did he say?" Conductor: "What did you say?" Beethoven: "YOU HAVE TO PLAY FASTER!!!" Whole orchestra: "We have to play WHAT?" Beethoven: "DAMN IT! YOU SHOULD PLAY FASTER!!! - MY GOD, HOW CAN YOU BE SO STUPID!!!"
it's not fresh. It's basically producing notes with nice sound thinking "ah, we are the best orchestra". There is no passion behind. Just reproducing notes. I mean there is plenty of good points, but at least for me, that kind of playing is what i am avoiding in music...
@@ГармонияЗаговора You think they are entitled or feel they are superior. Absolutely you might very well be right but me personally I like the perfection to it.
@@ГармонияЗаговора Interesting…! I think that some make music go ahead by passion and some make sound be very beautiful by pride. Latter is maybe not caused by Beethoven, and it does not make us be emotional very vigorously. But beautiful sound is always and everytime important for me. It can affect music to be lively, and this liveliness completely differs from one approached by passion or intensity. I love this difference.
As it should be played. Great performance, transparent sound. Like the big pause before the final!
Don't go away J. ❤
