If I figured correctly, the heart dessert is about $30 in US money. I think it's worth it, but only because I watched this video. I had no idea the amount of effort and skill the simple heart treat would require. Yum ❤

I'm not super familiar with sheet gelatin...Does anyone know if it is better with cold water? Or is the ice to help it stay submeerged and not float to the top of the bowl? Because when they took it out, it went in a double boiler anyway, so why the ice?

FYI. King food does not do any baking of the cakes or anything else except film the baking process. The pastry chefs are not going to give out the ingredients to their creations

Молодцы, Вы так чётко, аккуратно и чисто выполняете свою работу. Интересно наблюдать. И торты я не сомневаюсь вкусные, хотелось бы попробовать, но у нас в Симферополе такие торты не пекут к сожалению.
Шутка что ли?) Это обыкновенный бисквит, Вы на ингредиенты посмотрите, стандартный набор : яйца, сахар, масло, мука и разрыхлитель. Самое простое, что можно выпечь в больших масштабах. Торт Захер или Черный Лес в таком количестве не пекутся, вот там действительно штучный товар. А тут конвейер. В Симферополе не пекут бисквитные торты?) Не смешите))
Выглядит очень красиво , но на вкус , я уверена, гадость редкостная . Эти их кремы просто ужас ! Я бы не ела такое даже голодная. Я уверена , что ваши Симферопольские торты вкуснее в 100 раз .

Найдите в вашем городе домашних кондитеров и они сделают вам не хуже. А насчёт ненатуральности, кто тут высказывался, это напрасно. Я как специалист вижу, что все продукты достойного качества и шоколад настоящий, не глазурь.

It's remarkable how they make these and how much effort goes into making these cakes . But most Americans don't have $270 to spend on one cake. The Japanese must make really good money to afford these cakes .

Может это потому, что вы и не ели ничего вкуснее домашнего Наполеона?) Я домашний кондитер и обожаю эту "возню" и заказчики довольны. В магазине такого не купишь. Натурально, вкусно, изыскано.

Ели Киевский, настоящий), ела Прагу, ела Медовики, ела в те времена, когда продукты были натуральные. Тирамису знаменитое ела. Да всё не перечислить. А что в ЭТОМ особенного, кроме дизайна?
