Fusion spells is actually supported by Lore P1 and P2 need two people to do Fusion Spells... Only P3 MC can do Fusion spells cause technically he is "two people" hence Ryoji inside of him and he absorbed Ryoji/Death's power that let him summon two personas at once by himself
