Clever idea on using the balls and springs to assist in locating the pieces in the jig. I may have to crack open some used bearings to see what I can scavenge for this type of use.
Long time since last. Nice to see You again. Mass production is a fascinating matter. Mass producing parts being similar but with individual dimensions is the situation here. Method/strategy is the tool.
Nice demonstration. I don't think I've ever seen a shaper run at a fast speed like that before. That was impressive. I see why you were concerned about the past tilting.
It's a double treat to have you back AND a continuation of the jig and fixtures series ! 👍
Our beloved teacher is back! Yeyyyyy... :) :)
So great to see you’re at it again with another highly informative and helpful demonstration. 👍👍😎👍👍. Thank you

Great series. Picking up many cues. Thanks and keep up the good work. Greetings from Holland!
So nice to see this in my feed. Bookmarking it for later this evening.
Bonjour, and thanks for all you do!
Hi Marc, Glad to see you back producing videos! Did you ever teach the night school courses at Algonquin? And if so when?
Thank you!

I agree, ads before video OK,
but midroll ads in the middle of class are more than disruptive.
Yeah get over it.
