Was a nice red. Do think the first was bigger though. Did well getting those bull minnows(mud), reds favorite food. Actually good to see you know the difference between the two minnows. Everyone calls the tiger minnows bull minnows but they are tiger, original bull is mud. Even google it and they only show the mud. Must be nice to get bull minnows on the shore like that. Just slightly east of you and only get them in the marshes or marsh channels on incoming tides, deep mud work.
I’ll use tiger minnows if they’re all I’ve got but you’re right… redfish know the difference! We found the bull minnows hanging out near a large patch of dead seaweed that had some muddy bottom underneath so definitely got lucky!
